Hi guys, anyone selling a tall windshield for the 06 onwards Gen 2 FZ1s?

 

I'm thinking of brands like Rifle/CalSci/Nat V'Stream etc. The shield should ideally be at least 24" tall. I'm currently on the Yamaha Factory 20" Touring Shield and I don't think it offers much wind protection (I'm about 1.78m).

 

Anyone selling such a shield? Need one for my short run up next month. Thanks in advance!

I had a stock FZ1 wind shield (replaced by a Riffle wind shield and it super good) and a touring seat (tested and proven comfortable and never changed back to stock seat) for sales.

 

Why I am selling? I downgraded my bike due to low riding activities because of my new born. Will pick up again a few years later.

Hello, i would like to check, how much is market rate for throttle body sync with professional tools such as carb sync. nothing else just sync. thank you for reading. fz6 2004.

 

i have slightly jumpy idle. already visit workshop to wash the bodies and change the plugs but the shop don't have pro tools and insist sync won't affect the slight jumpy idle

Just got my FZ1N, like to find out how far can a full tank go? Full tank including reserve is 18L? Usually hit how many KL before start to find petrol kiosk? Usually how high will temp go up to n still considered normal?

Will hit Reserve ard 200-230. Full tank 260 to 270. Normal temp while riding 85deg to 90. Stop on traffic 100deg to 105 deg.

First tank hit only 177 before i decided to refuel. FC was 13km/l

 

Second tank was better, refuel at abt 210, FC improved to 16.8km/l

 

Sometimes my bike hits 110 deg, is it normal?
