rolex is milking us with all these re-issue of old models... wouldn't be surprise a new sub face lift soon..

 

time to look into those real watch lol where its made with heritage..

Every mass market brand does that. In fact most do it much much more often than Rolex. Rolex can be considered very conservative in this area already.

 

The original Rolex models which do not change over the years are the best bet.

Today went to Watch Palace to update myself with the market prices of Rolex Sports

 

Was shocked to hear that Daytona SS Black face is going for $20k

Was also shocked to hear that Sub Date is going for $8.2k

Explorer II is $7.2k

 

Any takers for my Explorer II white face?

Dream watch?

 

I dont have one.

10 years ago Submariner was good enough.

Now Daytona is good enough....

 

I dont think i'll buy another watch for a long long time.

Apologies SKydude, but I seriously dont bother with TAG now and have stopped looking at it closely about 15 yrs back.

I did own a Tag Heuer once, when I was 18 yrs old.

 

Nothing wrong with TAG, just my personal opinion.

It's basically targetted at people in their 20s.

Designs are very sporty and quite nice

My advice, get the Speedmaster Professional

It is a classic. Not sure how much.

 

Last time (10 yrs ago) was $3k++

Now maybe $5k- 6k??

sigh... still saving up for a nice decent watch.. love watches from young..

Rat bike - A motorcycle not necessarily kept in pristine condition, often painted matt black. Minimal maintenance and mismatched parts often used.
