here we are, busy lately.

The meter crack? the cover or the meter itself?

The sidestand u need to remove n rebend it back by heating torch, shop can do it. While the mudguard, u can send to those spray shop, they can do the 'putty' job n respray perfectly.

No worries tho, this type of thing, common, it matters of luck. I got my slight dent on my tank years bk from a dropping bike's lever mark, yet no bike around when i return. Smbody have done smthing n simply gone away.

It doesn't matter how good your bike is, but how long you can ride it

Performance doesn't lie on the bike, it boost when the ego broke!!

hey guys!! i break my own speed record already this time i clocked 220km/h at nshw ha ha... real fast man... i wonder what it will feel like if i had the mircon installed..

so shithead, got your header replaced? any different ?

Tats great bro. A stock can, tested pass the 250kmh mark b4, the difference in the pipes are the entire weight of the bike, lighter, achieve the speed at shorter distance. X11 performed n tested on 290kmh by some bro in NSH. Haha, Micron slightly heavier than scorpion tho.

not forgetting the beautiful, solid sound of the end can... that is the main thing that make me itchy, and wanted to get end cans replaced..but ...

Get the illegal 2nd hand cans, n whack the beast on the NSH. The switching of cans merely in 15mins. Gadgetman got few to sell away?

Haha...when i at NSH, i will be on my ear plugs, appreciate the speed rather than the sound. Hehe.

hi mr v, how is your micron end cans ? got them pass LTA already ?

Probably, i missed this thread due to our bz schedule.

DONE.:thumb: Certified road legal, the last few pieces for X11 aftermarket exhaust - onli Micron in LTA list, yet Micron no more production. The rest of other labels pipes, dun dream, nobody gonna send it for X11...

Below, my beast on the Micron at Insp ctr.

Thanks to Phil, all the documents in the packing list actually, submit watever papers given. LTA just peep thru, bcos the real technical data/specification of Micron for X11, already in their system. Not much of study here by them, they simply want to affirm the model of the exhaust to the model of bike. Bingo, hit it right, the approval letter of inspection was signed n given.

Procedure, for personal import exhausts that been listed in LTA database:

Part 1-LTA office

1a. Go to LTA engineering office, fill up a form for approval application, together with all the papers.

1b. Pay $53 registration.

1c. Wait n get the approval letter of inspection.

Part 2-Inspection centre

2a. Bring all the papers, include LTA approval letter.

2b. Get bike inspected, need to pay $56.

2c. Get the cert chopped n signed.

Documents like:

a. Photocopy of owner I/C.

b. Photocopy of bike log card

c. A simple formal letter to be signed by you, also stated the installation place/shop/bike model/exhaust model. (can look for me for the draft)

d. All papers about the exhausts.

e. Receipt of purchase...Paypal or credit card trans.

Part 3....Pop a wheelie inside Insp ctr. Can skip this...

Got the meter cover replaced, side stand straightened and also replaced the tensioner(timing chain) cost me about $230..

Ah wee show me the noise that cause by the tensioner..but after replacement the noise seem to be still there.. well maybe have to replace the housing also.. If still got lots of things need to replace in order to maintan this bike in good shape, then maybe i will have to give up.

let see how its go..

Mr V do you still have the dimension drawing for fabricating the jack tail bracket.thinking of installing it after i got my box removed... but not so soon lah...

Great to hear your X was OK. Tats part n parcel of a 2nd hand bike, at times luck also , still, u can replace or improve the area n it will turn as good as new for a long term use. Parts wear and tear we need to look for. Never give up.

Get the bracket from Roger, he dun use it anymore. Last time, i do them in own workshop, 3 sets with different scale. Not worth it doing at shop as the charges wasn't good cos required some small skilled welding. The machined one like Phil, at least, some shop doin it.

Maybe, we have a kopi session again n gun down the stealth fighter-Roger.
