the exploration trip was interesting. We were so surprised to see many durian trees with many big fruits. The beach facing pulau seletar has a very nice view too. We also found a way to ride our bikes into d place.

i almost forgot, after we explore that place, we enter seletar camp & explore. Manage to find a small causeway which links to 2 islands. The islands' road were pretty muddy, and we found some outsiders fishing at one of the corners on the island.

After that we had a dinner at a open air grill pub directly facing the airfields. The atmosphere was really nice.

from the size of the durians, i estimate it should be ripe within 1 or 2 weeks time. I planning to ride our bikes inside to recce later.

2. Distance is 50km or 100km to & fro. So 2B bike welcome, we'll travel slower no problem.

the straits time on 7th Dec talks about flooding in segamat, batu pahat, kota tinggi, kluang & outskirt of jb.

I am thinking of avoiding Taman U area if weather forecast is no good. Coz the journey towards that place is prone to floods during heavy rain.

But i am confident the rest of the journey shld be ok. If it rains, it only rain on short stretch of the 50km journey. Most of the time, the rain stops after less than 1 hr in any place in johor.

If it is heavy rain in spore, we'll delay the meeting time 12pm to further notice. But if only slight drizzle, i would still proceed to the GP esso meeting point. But if anyone likes to drop out because of rain or last minute things, do sms me at 81813631 during that time.

From here, you can observe the rain locations in jb & pulai waterfall area. We probably chill out inside a coffee shop in kulai town, if it is raining @ the pulai waterfall. I normally use my hp to connect to the above website to see the weather conditions before going there.

i asked 100rm enough ma, they said should be just enough but i guess i bring around 150-200rm ba since it me n my gf together. Anyway let say eat A&W around rm15 one person(max), pump petrol 2 times around rm50(depending on bike), eat seafood around one person rm50, no shopping right? bring rm150 lo lol depending on u la.... bring less spend lesser lo

u r right, need to top up 1 full tank of petrol becoz u probably go malaysia with almost empty tank. , A&W

But pls note that if sky is dark & cloudy, i am thinking to change lunch location. Coz i worry the road along the way to Taman U will flood.

Maybe we'll discuss in GP esso - do consider the curry Wild boar highly recommended by Ones_co.

Other options is the famous kulai beef noodles we tried in last Pulai waterfall trip. We can always chill out for a while in the kulai beef noodle shop until rain stops, coz pulai waterfall is only 15 min ride from the coffee shop.

Other options is the famous kulai beef noodles we tried in last Pulai waterfall trip. We can always chill out for a while in the kulai beef noodle shop until rain stops, coz pulai waterfall is only 15 min ride from the coffee shop.

Wah seh... so much food locations. Dunno when then can try finish all. Hee... Hopefully dun rain, at least can go the a & w and makan.

Note:

1. We'll depart at 12.30pm sharp. If raining in spore, we'll delay the departure till 1pm.

2. No changing facilities at the waterfall, must bring big towel for changing.

3. We'll be walking across shallow stream & stepping on rocks to reach waterfall. Pls dun wear shoes with flat soles - slippery.

4. Bring rain gears. While riding & it rains , we'll continue riding until rain stops. It usually stops after 10-15mins of riding becoz we move away from the clouds.

5. If weather forcast dun look good, we might change our lunch from A&W to the famous kulai beef noodle.
