If u ask me, i'd say either a shoei multitec or the latest neotec. The latter bring equip wif a sun visor which might b useful to u. If u're looking at open face chk out de Shoei j cruise.

 

Used to wear only arai helmet but once i tried de shoei, its totally a different feeling. Super comfy
