Nice shocks, but it seems you talk about MyRoad.

MyRoads shocks are poor from day 1 and got not much common with Xc shocks

How much did you payd for the shocks ?

Yes Jan. The weak link for all Kymco scooter are the shocks. Many of my friends in Malaysia had replaced theirs on the Xciting too. After replacement it's an brand new ride. Cheers

WTS: xct 400i DNA air filter. Asking $70. Must swap with your original air filter. Use for about 2 months.

WTS: xct 400i forward mirror with bracket and cross bar. Right mirror got some light scratches. Not for fussy buyer. Asking $120. Use for about 6 months. Black color.

Hi, may i know the cost n how is the delivery look like cum installation

My original rear shocks died on me at 20k km. As my warranty had expired I badly needed to replace a new set. A self imposed VOR was done until a new set was found. I must say Kymco makes good scooter but the components made by them were not up to date. Had searched high and low for a replacement from reputable brands like Ã–hlins Wilber Bitubo etc etc but none were able to customize a set for me. Until I saw my from my FB friend Bike James showing pictures some shocks from Taiwan. Well got nothing to loose asked him if he could customize a pair for me minus the electronic suspension. Told me he will check with the company. After a week he got back to me with pictures of my new shocks. When the shocks came I was very impressed with the finishing. Had it installed and took it to Sg Rengit for a ride. Reason for the location was the many uneven bumps to test the shocks to the max. It perform far better than stock and feedback from my Malaysian friends it's value for money compared to the mainstream brands.

Visited TBSS on Facebook & eBay. The ebay site has the one where he sells as a set (both mirrors & bar) is only left 1 set.
Wondering, if I can choose the colour. As it doesn't give me any options to choose.

mine started squeaking at around 20. its really quite annoying. i tried cleaning/lubing but it still squeaks.

will check out the links provided by our bros here about that aftermarket shocks.

Hi,

I installed the 16gr Dr Pulleys tonight and also had Malossi springs to install but unfortunately, I could not do them because I did not have the required size for the nut.

On the manuals on J@n's Google drive, the massive nut behind the "bell" is given as M36...do you know what size I need to undo it ? (because the vario nut is given as M18 for instance and I need a 23mm bit to undo it...I even saw 24mm mentionned here on the forum but mine was 23mm).
