Folks, do you love durians? If yes, do you know which are the good sellers in Geylang?

ALL of them try to make money. ALL durian delicious. difficult to pinpoint who is actually good. depends on mood and day. but for me, i realised i cannot take many anymore. now i realised durian can cause high blood pressure due to its high fat content.

I dunno about geylang... But if you wanna know which stall to eat good durians I know of one in Tanjong Katong. Durian stall can have good or no good durians. Most importantly is the towkay is patient and values his customers, carefully select the very best for you.

 

The stall is located just opposite LC kopitiam at Tanjong Katong. You can even call to make enquire what durians are available.

I LOVE DURIANS but nowadays when i indulge in them, i will notice my blood pressure will go up . so i limit to about 4-5 seeds. sighhhhhhhhh

i really , really and really wonder what type of nose Angmoh have. Many of them cannot take the smell. is it genetics?? cannot be because we have some angmoh who were born and bred here who love DURIANS

go to geylang or toa payoh library beside. durian always fresh and reasonably priced!

This year durians like not so good.....

 

So many comments by friends who did drive, ride or bus up to Malaysia.

 

I know its the draught thingy, causing the durians to be ready only in July.

I personally like sindy durian from balestier and 717 durian at kovan there.

However, long queues for them even if you got call them to reserve etc.

 

Recently I tried to order from combat durian... Not good if you ask me because they mixed some good with bad durians in it...
