I just got my class 2 license. I am interested in street bike only, currently prefer fz8n however I check with hong leong they do not have the abs version, I dont like the fz8s as I dont like the headlights. any suggestion of good street bikes with abs?

Honda NC700S has ABS option. But I guess it should be quite underpowered compared to FZ8

I believe new KTM Duke 690 should have ABS

Or you can try to wait for arrival of FZ9 aka MT09. It is naked and way lighter than FZ8

Any class 2b with ABS ?

dont think so. cuz abs version usually 1-2k more. 2b bike usually below 5k machine price. if add 1k to it the price quite high % increase. so far only see 2A and class 2 bikes with abs option

Maybe manufacturers felt that slow bikes don't need ABS?

anyone can comment on gsr750 vs fz8n? I prefer fz8n look but there is no abs option, now I am thinking of getting gsr750 abs instead.

Performance wise, fz8 wins hands down and more fun to play with. They under tuned the gsxr750 engine too much for the gsr750 but ya has abs. Spore only brings in abs for fz1. If you want, get the street triple with abs. 675cc but its triumph so yeah

Also most manufacturers are trying to keep smaller cc bikes cost lower. ABS will make it expensive. It's only in spore smaller bikes are surprisingly expensive due to taxes and stuff if compared to a class 2 machine

thanks for your info. I just reserved my gsr750 today. I heard from gsr 750 riders the fuel consumption can compare to s4 good but performance not as good as fazer.
