so far i havent gone above 100kmh on my bike before. Honest. your bike should be able to reach 100 kmh ba.....

Well, not that I suggest you try, it takes lots of balls to push a TA150 that fast. I also dun dare... But I had 2 accounts of TA150 riders who did really cleared meter on their way to Hatyai, but later piston jammed. They are not the bullshit kind.

 

Anyway, last night we cruised at average 110kph.

 

Get a Wave, "my friend" says can reach 230kph... Can smoke everyone here...

Dudes anyone here got frame slider? or swing arm slider?

 

Met a friend working in Machine shop... I told him I need to buy a set of Frame and Swing arm slider... He said that the profile can be machine, if I can give him the correct dimensions.

 

Best of all, he is using top grade Aluminum, show him a pic and rough size.... he roughly quoted $25 (frame slider). a set of motivation slider already cost $70 that almost a 3rd of the price...

 

So if you have a set or know the dimension of the slider drop them to me and maybe I can get a bulk discount.

Dude can you tell me the length, diameter, Bolt specs... Swing arm I need the details too...

 

I want to duplicate the spec as closed as possible, making them longer might weaken the structure of the slider and cause other problem.

 

Longer slider body means larger force and stress will be exerted on the bolt during a spill... So one need to get a larger diameter bolt, but then can't fix to bike. Make body with larger diameter might help but will bound to create other problem.

 

Swing arm, I also need the lenght at least... Too short it will not protect. Too long it might break on impact or cause more problem...
