cheeko, if u mean highlight as in shading the drawings in Photoshop, u can just click this pointer select button, outline the area that u want to shade, pick the colour crayon symbol, adjust it to transparency 40-60%, then colour the shaded area.

ok, tonite i bring laptop, most of the time i need to do highlighting, to clarify scope of work for my projects.

And adobe acrobat not good enough, it cannnot highlight odd shapes, they can only highlight, square, circle, rectangle.
