To all NUS Riders,

 

First of all, I am truly honoured and privileged to be given this opportunity to help contribute to our beloved club, the NUS Riders.

 

My utmost respect and gratitude for all the ex-presidents, in their untiring efforts to organize lots of local outings and overseas tours. More importantly, I admired their passion in bonding the riders together in numerous occasions and in display of strong leadership and contribution towards the club. With that, let’s wish our ex-president, Hongwei all the best, as he ventures out on his promising career and a commemorative note as one of the few memorable presidents the club has had.

 

During my short term alongside Haikal as Vice President (recommended by our Ex-President), I hope to continue the clubs legacy in recruiting more riders, as well as strengthening bonds with senior riders. More importantly, I believe it is the club’s goal to cultivate the importance of safe riding amongst its riders, and we shall still carry this on headstrong. With your help, I hope to be able to organize more local and overseas outing, makan-sessions and bike-related activities to spice things up. Recommendations on improvements are always welcomed!

 

Although, I might not be as charismatic or display tremendous leadership as Hongwei, I will try my best to fulfill and carry on the heritage of the club. As such, I appreciate guidance and feedback from each and every one of you on how to make this club even greater! (p.s. Cheeko, I’ll need your guidance to improve myself to live up to your expectation as president. J)

 

I do believe that the club belongs to all of us and its existence thrives with everyone’s presence and commitments. Although, many are graduating, do note that being an NUS Rider doesn’t end there. We will strive to form the largest biker alumni in NUS, hence we will always need each and every one of you to make this succeed! “Once an NUS Rider, Always an NUS Rider!”

 

Let’s together strive to bring it to greater heights, as we explore new places, make new friends and enjoy more riding moments with the club and beloved riders!

i just call the durian guy liao, he is only able to deliver to hougang or pasir ris area. U have to call 1 day before to order, and deliver will be around 5 to 6pm the next day cos durian lorry reach reach singapore around afternoon. Other area they no deliver, have to self collect at potong pasir Blk102 or 112. And it will be available for 2 more months b4 durian session ends.

How abt we organise another undertable durian makan session?

just had a wonderful authentic thai lunch near my office. i hate tom yum soup taste and i've never ever drink more than a spoonful of tom yum soup and eaten any of the prawns,sotong etc inside but this place, the taste is so unique that i finish all the food inside and managed 5 spoonfuls. the thai style fried tanghoon and beehoon is superb..

I had a v v bad dream....by bike fell into a 3m deep drain... the tank leak, both rims broken... cannot use the bike anymore....on top of that, an ex-recruit came and started showing off to me...i damn pissed and shouted at him...den he not happy he brought a superior to come see me....but the superior turns out to be my fren...haha

it's near heartland mall, hougang ave 2 or 3. it's a small shop along those shophouses. the price is 5-12 bucks. it's definitely value 4 money! call me if you wan come during weekdays hahaha can join you for lunch!
