today i had a bad experience with 'ABC' (for illustration purpose only) motor shop

today i had a long chat wif the driver inside the tow truck...

 

today ah chong proved time and again that he's the best mech i met in my life thus far

today, i learnt that some pple can drink a bottle of goat's milk in 3 seconds

today, i learnt that shu and eno is good at soduko

 

today, i learnt that xianyu can dance quite well

today, i witnessed 4 JI members dancing 'nobody2 but chu'

lata 230am i need to go help as official rider in the ironman event (swin-cycle-run).. but, my road tax has expired..

 

my bike ah? its in a good condition of course.. i take care of it like my wife.. haha.. maybe even treat it better..

anyway, went for past years inspections.. only thing failed is the headlight colour.. haha

Enjoyed the NRC Biker Challenge. Wuahahaha..Things I learn..

 

1) Visit Big Splash first time(lol i thought it was closed)

2)Visit Demsey Hill first time(and found out it was a posh place)

3)Found out abt Bukit Merah Bikes area(and learn tt HKL overprice me for rxz tyre tube $15 omg! im poor)

4)Visit labrador park for the first time(i heard of it)

5)Visited BBDC for the first time(who cares. CDC graduate rulez!)

6)There's also a nice place to chill behind the sengkang cc(or wadever u call it)

7)Visited MotorWorld for first time(and learn tt the $100 HJC helmet still on)

 

Definitely looking forward for next year's challenge.

u mean Naz ktm 400 exc? ya.. i really hands down to that.. cruising on highway at 120 5th gear.. and there's a six.. and all my drz has is five.. darn.. but 21k sia.. lol.. bang for the buck i guess.. but i simply love the hydrolic clutch.. smooth and springing.. and i highly doubt it'll be like clutch cables after long use; hard and stuck.. lol..

why think about bike now when u haven completed your tp.. but then again i bet everyone goes thru this stage.. anyway wad i think is.. if u get a cheap bike.. be prepared for it to have problems.. if its old.. it'll be more likely.. so if i were u, i'll save up to get a decent one.. and not buy one on impulse.. lastly, i think issac is right.. you should try a x-1 or spark.. it might be what you need than what you want..

i finished the race..juz that halfway, it got towed..cos the spark plug cover spoilt..before first checkpt, stalled a few times..but i joined them back in the middle of the race..

 

we did plank course, test, taboo, dance, soduko, drink goat's milk..

Somethings I learn in this edition of the Amazing Race..

 

1) I get super agitated and cranky when I'm travelling with water-sogged shoes.

2) One thing about riding a class 2 is that you naturally want to go faster. Maybe it's just me..

3) Ah chong (planet) is a really reliable mech and that mech outside Fong Seng is a ****.

4) Eno has really got to change to KR.. really.. it scares me to see him ride his bike now..

5) I have really no idea how the hell that Uncle can swallow the goat's milk in 3 bloody seconds..

6) The dancing MTV was indeed the most fun part of the event, too bad, we didnt get the chance to do it..

7) Sportsbike is definitely not pillion friendly..

 

But nonetheless, i have everyone had a great time, although wet but still an enjoyable time..

sp, kr, tzm, what is the diff ar? esp sp and kr..

 

Generally, they are all 150cc, 2-stroke sportsbikes.. Most bikers will have different ideas to differentiate these bikes.. Some ranked them on looks, speed, pickup and all those crap.. To me its very simple, tthe main difference is that they are all manufactured by diff company with diff design.. , IMHO I think it boils down to which stereotype you subscribe to, and which design you like better..

 

Performance wise, it is near impossible to compare any two machines straight up as each bike will have their own personal history, wear-tear profile and upkeep. Hence, u'll always keep hearing each SP, KRR, TZM owners spreading glorified details on their bike's ability to outdo the other makes..

 

On one note, the 2-strokes generally packs quite a punch comparing to its 4-stroke counterparts.. For SP and KRR, theres not much major difference, apart from manufacturer-specific products and engine-types.. Both bikes have generous types of modifications both local and across the causeway.. (Isaac will love to tell u about this)..

 

TZM used to be a 2B-powerhouse in terms of fame when I was riding an SP.. But due to its age, i keep hearing mroe power-valve issues which spreads to infectiously to other parts of the bike.. So unless u got some cash to burn on repairs, its safe to stay away from TZM.. Having said that, both SPs and KRR do have their own level of wear n tear, so do bring someone experienced along when choosing these 2b sportsbike.. Never be fooled by paintwork incentives, coz a torn up, or unmaintained engine will cost you more..

 

 

tzm is more preferred by malays while sp is more preferred by chinese is it.. what's wrong with architecture? i'm a science student so my strengths lies in science but i'm interested in psychology, sociology and philosophy. i'm in a huge dilemma now. i'm damn noob. i know very little about the uni system because i'm so lazy to read up the huge pile of information booklets and brochures given.. :/

 

Unless there's empirical study with credible research methodology done to prove it, I would conclude that FAMOUS malay KRR, chinese SP, indian bajaj is purely anecdotal. Ive seen a fair share of equal mixture for both bikes so theres nothing much to say about that... just go with the bike you prefer and not wad the other bikers have to say about it..

 

IF you are considering Architecture.... PLEASE reconsider again!
