ok this is the problem for me...i working @ ucc supposedly till 9.30..but i can only leave ard 9.45 probably...close to 1 hr to get to kulai...i think quite late...another alternative is that i cancel my work..try to swap with someone...BUT if i kana airplane and u all cancel...then i best liaoz..no need eat..no money..haha! ok lah...1st 5 ppl to confirm..i then try to swap my duty, set?

 

jaron, u go 2nd link...once u clear bridge...u will hit malaysia customs chop passport...by now, prepare ur 1.30 ringgit..i tried to stuff in glove but the 30sen coins drop out today..tmd...

 

after toll, time to clear carbon...accelerate hard :D u will go pass a 1st exit, to Port Tanjong Pelepas. DO NOT turn there, just go straight, once u pass under its flyover, prepare to filter left, got an exit to a Rest Station (Gelang Patah), head in there, by then u should be able to see petronas and esso...

 

Note: You will see a rest station on the opp side of the road (back towards SG) with an esso and a petronas...it's the one we will pump @ when we are coming back ;)

sounds chim... if u guys cfm liao then if possible maybe can meet at sg then go tog? hehe...

Ok i was talking to Ms Yeo from OSA today, she briefed me on the requirements of a new club in nus.

 

1. Have to send in proposal, with details of club's leadership and aims and objectives, and a rough proposal of what kind of activities we wanna do in the club. Need to have a staff mentor, so that one we noe find who... :D

 

2. 1st 2 yrs of the club once approved, there will be no funding from nus and we will be listed as an INTEREST GROUP. Interest group members DO NOT get CCA Points (sorry to disappoint those who need pts for hall), and the club would be reviewed after 2 yrs.

 

3. Requirements for passing approval: must have continued leadership and membership, cannot be the same few of us all the time...aims and objectives must be achieved, or @ least show direction towards achieving them.

 

4. Members can only be full-time undergraduates. Staff, postgrads and outsiders can take part in our activities.

 

Having said all these, if u ppl are still keen in working towards this, i will carry on with the proposal. Next step after this is to start recruiting new ppl.. so that we have the required "bulk" to seek recognition. My recommendation would be during matric fair, we stake out @ src carpark..dun need to be everyday, we can come up with a simple flyer and give riders who come in...mabbe meet up for lunch or something..
