nah, went Sumsoon just now earlier at noon.

seems it's to do with something loose in the carb.

Ya. Last time was battery loose. I roughly knew where it was. So when start ignition no power to anything then I would shake some wires then it'll be ok. Then in the end ended up totally cannot find the problem, cannot start, towed to Rosli. After fixed I asked him. He said the loose wire was the OTHER side where cannot so easily access. So I guess it's at the Carb area.

they actually are passing the annual inspection but its the ROV that they are dodging. To date i've never heard of customized choppers being pulled over.

i was riding one before so i can vouch for it. Wonder about others.

i have never ridden my bike "beside" 'Cops on Wheels', intentionaly.

With or without an after-market, slip-ons, i ride at laid-back cruise speed.

I find 'em coppers riding by-past me. (mind you, my pipes are loud but not noisy though)

 

If i were to 2nd guess, they are not out to probe into noise pollution (exceptions are made) but those who push their luck and amplify @ full trottle. Don't cry foul, then. You invoked a 'yellow' card.

have tp riding past too, so nothing has been happening (cos i am slow rider at 80km/h, and my sportster aint a noisy beast)

The bicycle just adds to the picture la. Nice. What pipes you guys using? I kinda like my Python 3. The sound is nice and loud enough but not too loud as maybe compared to SEs. My friends' SEs are wayyy louder.

I used an 95 sporty pipe (hollow), the potatoes is jus awesome.

 

State-49 (i think) is touted to be the ultimate. so they say...thingy.

Personally I also dun fancy SEs. Loud yes but the ones I heard so far are actually quite disappointing. I got my Python 3 and everything else together with the bike when I bought it 2nd or 3rd hand. Lucky. But then...see below.

I think same except price-wise. Best go down dealer and see and view some that are selling online.

 

I actually might be thinking of selling mine. I'm just half half. I love my sporty but on the other hand, it's not a great touring machine, but then I do a lot of city riding too due to working in town, but then...a lot of stuff lah. Best I can have the sporty and another tourer or just a Street Glide or Road King. But that my nagging pocket thumbs be down
