Even though they say they dun have any pipes for M400, but all the mechanics I know tell me M900 and M400 uses the same pipe. M400 is only available in Italy and Japan, that's why its not in a lot of catalogues. I will call and ask about how much the discounts are.

..remus has street legal cans. asked b4. abt 1.5-1.6k.... i'm sure e M400 and M900's share e same cans. thks tabako for the information... according to GMAX's webby, it states tht they're having 20% discount on their products.think e pipes should b included. if tht's e case. even b4 mass discount(which might not b alot)... the most affordable pair of LV(aluminium) legal pipes would cost $906.40...seriously quite a gd price !!! if tht's so i might b interested ! wad abt ARROW pipes?

Sound diff = alot or a little

Trottle response = lighter by alot or little

 

Anything else? I know diff for illegal alot better but again its still illegal. I heard from a fren that a duke rider has been using a illegal cause its 2nd and cheaper so he already got ready the summon from ROV. after one yr using it, really got caught. pipes 400 plus summon 500 but reduce 250 so in the end total damage still chepaer....lol

I'm using 2nd hand carbon end can bought from Kalang Cycle @ $300 a pair.. condition not too bad... No brand stated on the pipe though but he told me its Termis.. performance wise its very smooth on accerelation compared to stock and of coz its loud...!! I tried calling a lot of company for monster 400 exhaust ex: G.P.R, Leo Vince, Yoshi, Akara.. all don't have M 400 exhaust but they have M 900 ones... Sian.. Thats y resort in illegal ones..

Tabako >> It's cool to have high mounts but it defeats the purpose of having the cans street legal. The very fact that it is mounted high can get you in trouble wtih the law dude.

 

I'm interested in the Leo Vince pipes. I'm not sure whether I should swing towards the aluminium or carbon ones. Price is a factor here. I suspect Gmax (amir or claudio) can give us a better price.

I called g-max, seems like thats the best price they can give. Sporting motors price is better than theirs. If go Leo Vince, I rather go to sportings.

Yup my balls shrunk already.. just kanna caught.. thats y I'm trying to use stock ones and take out the muffler.. Kallang Cycle say they done it before but troublesome so I'm trying to ask him if he is willing to do it on mine.. $$$ not sure how much but not very expensive I believe.. Well hopefully he is willing to do it on mine and then at least next time u guys don't have the trouble to search for street legal exhaust as can just ask him do it...!!

Hi Kish.. yeah sold off the viffer. VERY good bike. Just wanted to try a ducati for once. Would have preferred a bigger cc, but more in my family can ride 400. You guys found legal pipes yet? My bike a bit sluggish.. or maybe I'm too used to bigger cc bikes.

About $1200, i duno includes installation and LTA testing or not, i hope it does. But these are not expensive anyway. So once you confirm with me, then i will get more discount and get free install and LTA test.

When buying a hi-mount pipes,one must consider the bushings for the footrest bracket so that the pipes can go in between the footrest bracket & swing arm.Do the brands have this supplied?
