Sunday dim sum & wash bike & short ride trip

Date: 11/3/2007

Time to meet up: 8am

Meet up venue: GP Petronas (just beside famous GP Esso!!)

 

Agenda:

8am, meet up & talk c*** a little :cheeky:

830am, move off to dim sum

845am, feast!!

930am or after, pay $$ then go wash bike. those don't wanna wash bike can head home.

after wash bike, home sweet home :smile:

But my friend went to Motorworld few days ago and helped me ask for FJR tank bra too. Mine is a 05 FJR... They told her that if I want to order, I can do so but have to wait for 45days for it to arrive... So I think Motorworld does not have FJR tank bra stock... Correct me if I am wrong... Cos I am looking for one too... :smile:

personally think that FJR without tank bra looks nicer.. :cheeky:

lots of ppl put tank bra is wanna avoid the heat from engine transfer to petrol tank.

hv check with HL, the aluminium foil to cover engine for 06' FJR is should be available. :smile: that should work quite well :smile:

Yes, FJR tank certainly looks a lot nicer going "bra-less"... :smile:

 

But I will get "heart-pain" if there is any scratches on the tank, which is why I thot of putting a tank bra to prevent any scratches on my oil tank. :smile:

The baster tankbra is not waterproof right???

 

I ever heard from bike shop that the tankbra will be wet if gana water or rain, and in a long run, the paintwork of the tank will crack.

 

How true is it, guys......

Dont think will meet-up this fri nite since everytime always e same...

many ppl talk but only 2 ppl will att... bored....
