1st day be reaching hatyai... 2nd day going krabi den phuket..... 3rd day back to hatyai.... and 4th day frm hatyai hit to Penang to rendevous with otherz for 3NCR~

bro i thought that the 3ncr plan was that 1st day go penang den 2nd stay there still den 3rd day all goin back home oredi(singapore)..

This is the plan for the FJRs grp which consists of teamlm, glenn, fjrrider, terry n me....

 

We be heading to thailand 1st before rendevous with the madagco grp at Penang...

ok since like dat i will follow u guys k...but my gf follow eh like dat i sure left behind one coz i got pillon..

 

to my opinon we pay for the payment is to get rooms at penang but it seems like u guys r not even staying there..

Hi Dean,

 

You may consider to put your gf on the plan to the destination. My gf will be flying there to meet me too. In my opinoin, too risky to pillion due to extensive manhours on the road.

bro i sign up for the thinging oredi the only thing i dont know is the plan.. i really lost on the plan... just now i msg tony from magdaco den he say the plan will be out 2wks from the ride...

talking about ticking sound.. my bike also have that sound when free gear, but the sound not obvious when i put in 1st gear or pull the clatch :confused:

 

can anyone tell me is it normal?? :sweat:

And how much to "rectify" it?

yea... U can say so...

 

I listen to uncle Lim's, Glenn's, Ash.. All sound solid and "wet".. Mine sound's "airy".. Of course, with the ticking sound...

 

But theirs are quite new compared to mine... So we shall see if theirs have the sound when they hit say 20,000km...

Thus far, I can only say ABS model dun have and non-ABS has it..

 

Rectify? Maybe u can try changing the valves and valve guides.. Look through this thread and u can see one of the FJRian toking about it.. Otherwise, look at FJRowners forum.. They tok alot about it...

 

Do we have to do it? Not really I think.. Its only no tick and got tick.. Performance wise i feel its more or less the same. My FC is about 17km/litre. Better than some of those with no-tick. So i dun think the ticking is affecting the performance very much...

 

Whatever it is, my mileage is at 46,000km and so far no significant drop in FC or performance.. Just enjoy the bike, dun think too much...
