bro after overhaul i got a few problems. now the bike cant start at all in the morning or after cooling down even after pulling choke, switching off headlight, turned off the fuel the night before, switching the engine off the night before. every morning have to push start. and the fuel consumption worsen from initial 180 clicks (rather bad) to now almost but not reaching 150 clicks! and the main thing i went to overhaul is cos the valve very ai mai ai mai open. but after the overhaul, it's mor ai mai ai mai. almost like mai open unless i drag the lower gears. which i cant since i'm still running in after the overhaul

After run in then try to "whack" n see how

I think ur starting problem might lie with ur battery
