Hi Kelvin, i'm riding a vtec 1 and my batt voltage gets lower as i ride faster (12.0v-12.3v). And when idiling at traffic, the voltage seems to be decreasing steadily. Has it got to do with my magnetic coil/batt/rectifier? Thanks alot in advance!

Just some feedback for HEL brake hose today that i had purchase, i got disappointed when fixing my HEL brake hose today at Toh guan branch but thanks to Mr Alex Ong to console me. thanks boss.

but i got disappointed when product was not shown to me before fixing was done to my bike. As i spotted it myself that there is No yellow HEL collar tag. And after the brake hose was fix then the sales man told me that they need to use my stock screw & bolts and also inform me about the reason why the product is not in complete set .

 

Note: To improve more on the customer satisfaction, the product sold should be in complete set for the price we are paying.

Note: To also inform the customer before fixing the product if the product is not in complete set, as to avoid dissapointment on customer satisfaction

 

As for now my HEL brake hose is missing of 1) stainless steel banjo bolts 2)HEL logo yellow Collar

 

As promise boss i will call back toh guan outlet for the above missing product in two weeks times, As i dont mind returning back the $10 discount for the 2 missing item above. thank you because as for now i dont feel the satisfaction on replacing my new HEL brake hose, i believe its just a small matters but to a biker its meant alot when see our bike looks nice every morning when we going off to work. cheers =) i hope you could assist me in this matter but not ignoring it. thank you once again.

Was recommended this so call supersprox sprocket for its durability and high-performance. I agreed and the mech went to fix. During fixing, i noticed why isnt they using supersprox for front sprocket as well? since it comes as a package front/back.

 

[ $280 PACKAGE (520):

- Front Supersprox Sprocket (520)

- Rear Supersprox Sprocket (520)

- DID X ring chain or RK X ring chain (520)

- Installation of the sprockets & chain ]

 

I confronted the sales guy, but he told me "oh.. currently out of stock. so usually customer will choose the back sprocket and we substitute the front". Initially i wasnt happy and felt cheated but then i got to know honda front sprocket cost more... so... its oklah. i would to thank unique for giving a substitute that costs higher.

 

However i feel that situation could be handled better if the salesperson explain the reality of the situation so that we know what is going into our bikes.

 

anyway.. overall i could say unique is still one of the good shops i frequented. i'm very satisfied with their prompt welcome to every bike that stop by its shop and the offering of cold bottled plain water which really cools down a biker's heart after riding under hot sun. however i believe they need to establish better communication with their customers.

I was like "huh? what the f**k? got such thing one ar?" worse thing is they charge the same price when they use honda front sprocket instead. shld be charge cheaper rite?

 

i didnt make noise bcuz i cldnt be bothered and at that point of time felt cheated and disappointed with the lack of integrity by their staff. however i'll keep watch and feedback to my other fellow bikers who frequent unique and warn them about these things.

 

nowadays i dont always sit outside and wait. i'll go inside to check every now and then cuz i dont trust the mech/staff 100% eversince what has happen.

You mentioned that rear tyre was out of stock and the waiting time was between 1 to 2 months for them to arrived but till now there's no news, no one call me to update on my order. Could you kindly check on my order as I do not want to take any risk riding on old tyre. Thank you.

Hi unique, do u guys have bracket for the old iu unit? Previous owner doesn't fix it. And I had a hard time passing thru gantries.

 

Also I wanna change to brake HEL hose for rxz. Do I need to pre order or something?
