I am using Pirelli Diablo strada less than $350 for a set very deep tire grooves design for touring, so far so good even on wet weather.

I didn't really have good exp w Rosso II, maybe can go for Pilot Road 3 (in preparation for year end weather). One of the best wet weather road tires.
