so is it illegeal to ride your friend's bike without being the 2nd rider?

 

for motorcycles, yes. if you're talking about bicycles, no.

riding the bike w/o insurance, fine is few hundred dollars + suspension of lic (up to a year).

 

friend who lends you the bike, also will kena charged, unless he maintained that you rode the bike w/o his permission, of which you will have an extra charge over your head inaddition to the above.

For new license, suspension of 12 month and more means revoke of license....

yes. suspenision 12 month or more mean revoke for new license. Gt any enrol again class 2B
