Yeah man its actually old school sportsbike...kinda simillar to gsx4 if u just glance at it on the road...haha...most of the bike i think scrap already...parts wise i know of a shop that sells its parts...as recommended by the previous owner...yeah if possible will like to know more rg leftover riders...i want to know where they service their bike and how they maintain it...

Jb no such model lioa...bring it to my mechanic at JB few days back and they really no idea of my bike and look kinda shock...They even thought i was a 250 or 400...

I got new friend for my RG bike...wah its really not a popular bike in singapore ek...when to a scrapyard recently though i saw a few RG parts.Hope there is ex rg rider here...as what i learned recently,this bike parts seem to give way after 4-5 years...

suzuki rgv and suzuki rg gamma

- rgv air cool half fairing

- rg gamma liquid cool ,AETC (2 stroke power valve) and full fairing

both are the same 150cc.

Do rgv and the rg gamma share common parts?

As in their clutch,clutch plate,fork etc etc.

Cause i saw quite a few RGV but not RG...

RGV also know as panther aight?

engine bore and storke are different . 59.0 x 54.0 m.m. and 61 x 50.60 m.m.

cylinder block and head too(really not compatible).

 

some part u may check with other 150cc. 2t (or try with rgv ^^ i'm not sure)

eh ya can u explain the caburator...both u and my mechanic says it a pure racing caburator...care to share how its actually works and what are the advantage compare to other 150cc sports bike?

part is very rare. rg gamma use Mikuni Tm 30 and 28 m.m. (slingshot)

you can take a look here.shape of carburator look like your gamma,right?

because it shape look like circle with quad >

it EAT! a lot fuel than other carburator and throttle valve is erode high rate

 

slingshot carburator as some old gsx-r

i have little confuse about flatslide ,slingshot and how it work so i skip it.

Surprising though my RG dont really eat a lots of fuel.Considering 1 full tank can last at least 280km,its comparable with other 150cc sportsbike aight?

 

haiz me actually thinking of wanting to mods here n there for my rg...but because its hard to get parts,i better think i stay as it is...

 

Like u says SP have proarm, RG have cresent arm ek? i believe it look similar with the tzrr,Mito and RS125 swing arm right?

@140km/h my rpm just reaching 8(last gear)...issit normal? Did not go any futher cause thinking about my only 6 demerits pts left

 

AS u say only after rpm8 its valve open aight?will i spoil the valve if i just ride average speed of 100-120 daily without playing with the valve?Cause i dont think i will ever hit more than 8rpm riding in Singapore...except in malaysia ah when i once tried my bike after my first servicing...there is a sudden rush in the bike after some speed...which i believe its the valve...hehe was scared that time cause thought the engine wanted to give way...cause im new to the bike mah... not really familiar with it...

Rg gamma redline rpm is 12,500...

valve open 2 rpm range ^^ 8000 and ....(forget)

about swingarm it just highlight. i don't know how it special. hehe

you gotta pay more attention to those riders man..they look like Kr or Sp but with funny paint work..and those outstanding one lilke yours I've seen before too..like 2 days ago when I went to customs..

the repair cost very expensive sia this bike...i too just buang recently...want to change to original new fairing and meter cause ard 1k lioa...

 

lucky i got second hand...much2 more cheaper....now my bike don have matching paintwork...sian...but will have it soon though...

When to guan hoe,Suzuki authorize dealer to change my fork oil seal...kauz...then don event know my bike exist...They see2 my bike and say...we only know rg125 but that one long time ago,mine fn plate 10 year only still consider new(10yr new???)...ask me where i get this bike...cause suzuki never bring in...

Until one of the mechanic came...see my bike...told me owh...this one i know...Mah motor bring in...This bike parallel import...cey he was damn right cause ex owner told me he got it from mah agency...

Its call the cresent arm...Look more like Mito to me though...
