wad is that bike?

i saw one on the road near boon siew honda ytd.

at first i tot it,s S4 BUT!

1. it has 2 exhaust like RS250.

2. the fuel tank is shaped like an R6.

3. it looked like a monster from far..

 

 

so wad is it?
