need to ask your flav shop mechanic to adjust the fuel jet & air jet..the fuel might be leaking or excess..and your exhaust manifold pipe there temperature is very high hence causing pre-combustion inside the pipe..thats why it back fired..prolong like this would cause damage to the exhaust valve

how does it damage the exhaust valve?

 

when pre-combustion occurs inside the exhaust manifold ,the "explosion" would cause great pressure & vaccum,the vaccum would cause stress to the exhaust valve there.

hey.. is there a tube under the engine where excessive petrol will flow out.. i just went to pump petrol nia.. then never notice.. petrol overflow.. then at the bottom of the bike got leak.. i kan chiong sia.. then went to ask a mechanic.. he says is normal to have that tube due to overflowing... how come when i pump petrol ar.. the needle still show E before i start the engine.. then it slowly goes up.. normally.. it goes up striaght awayw de leh...

erm..if u have CDI shouldn;'t be a prob ba..in order to max your top speed..gear 2 on 60..3 on 80..4 on around 90 plus...

like that can max out the top speed?? For me if like that I can't reach until top speed, maybe becuase my parts all stock?!?

 

For me 1st gear - 40, 2nd gear - 75~80, 3rd gear 100~110, 4th gear - ALL the ways liao... I reach abt 135 that time with haowei or ken on highway.. no more power to get to 140.. maybe if have downslop can touch it.

I agree..

 

1st gear, 40

2nd gear, 75 - 80

3rd gear, 100 - 110

 

I think it will be very bad for your engine and your engine revs will be off the chart!
