i kena 1 under the void deck..........lan lan paid $100

 

then another time on pavement..........kena $200 coz they say it's my 2nd offence....

 

i rather caught by police than town council lohz.........

 

now ma 2nd case i'm appealin............

 

1st case appeal but unsuccessful and they die die muz get ma $100 even though i appealed twice.......

woah no chance 1 ar?? my area, i heard my friend say, if kanna, at most they give you a warning letter... no summon straight.. so far he heard from another rider who had receive 2 warning letter liao... hehe

once again, mayb my area is not under the blood sucking jurisdiction.. :smile:

Do you notice the recent "bikes on fire" case at Hougang ? Those bikes were parked at void deck.

 

Can be some conspiracy too.... :nono:

record chao buay siam one if parked at same constiuency. pavement and void deck all same.

must go see MP for appeal. :nono: :nono:

u must be new to this...my friend got 1K over for parking threre..i forgot 5th or 6th time....anyway the fine can go up to 5 k maximium....

I think the town council will even take photographs oso. Last week, ,my block downstair got a RXZ, park there so long, kana summon by 'auntie' got bird shit, tyre 'lau hong'....finally up the lorry accompany by a TP.

I usually email them and fax to them.... and they'll reply to say that they are looking into the case and will get back to me. So in the letter... i'll sound as humble as i can..... as sorry as i can.... and if u sound sincere enough.... letter is more powerful than appearing in person!! Cos' if they don't like your face..... :nono:

some indoor carparks have roof carparks all the way on the top floor. how much is it if you park all the way on the top near the staircase with no double yellow line, no box but with a paint which writes "no parking"?

Our season parking for bike is $15/mth .... that'll be $180/yr.... which is $1,800/10yrs.... $5k fine??!! Bo hua!!

 

Btw.... even if u tear coupons... it'll be $1.30/day ..... that'll be $39/mth... park anywhere in Singapore!! ;)

i'm not new to this, i got caught 4 times. went to appeal at the Town Council, was told by the officer that subsequent fines will be at least 400. depending on the town council too. i was also told that if u choose to ignore them they will increase the fine and last resort will be court actions.

your fren must be sort of a hardcore or there have been too much complaint. and the town council must be kuai lan, dunwan to pang chance.

the fines are decided by town coucils, therefore it depends.

Mine $6.50 parking coupons can use for 1month... mostly free parking for bike....
