Hi people,

Letting go of my overhauled xr400.

The bike still have installments of $195/30 months.

I wanna change the onwership to the new owner.

Just overhauled the bike from holeshot at kaki bukit and prove of receipt.

Just change tires over a month ago.

 

No mods. All stock.

Comes with a box.

Acerbis 22L tank.

Chain and sprocket changed 3months ago.

Never did any trailing or dirttracking.

Just using it for transport.

 

Coe is till 2016. But the bike is priced at 7k inculding a 10 year coe.

Once the coe is ended, the shop will renew the coe.

That mean the bike will be til 2026.

Road tax is till 30th jan 2014

 

This is the calculated amount that the buyer needs to bare.

 

3 months upfront : 195x3 = 585

Agreement fees pf 5% :273

Transfer of ownership: 11

Credit scan: 21.40

Service charge: 32.10

Your own insurance: depending on ur age.

And lastly my top up: 1.5k(nego)

Total is 2411.50 (exculding ur insurance)
