Hi, I want to put up my thoughts of servicing @ Boon Siew, the dealer of Honda motorcycles.

This is the 1st time I went there for servicing.

Verdict: Not advised to go there for normal regular servicing like engine oil change, oil filter change.

Go there for big, once in a while maintenance when you want proper equipment/procedure.

Not really that professional, know-it-all image that I have.

Juz my personal view. No hard feelings/personal attack.

1. Book your servicing at http://www.boonsiewhonda.com.sg/boonsiew/home.asp

2. Park your motorcycle at the left side, juz after the gate.

3. Approach the lady at the right side of the reception counter in the building for motorcycle servicing.

4. Wait for your plate number to be called out.

5. The service agent will talk about the servicing package for your motorcycle. :argue:

6. Wait for the mechanic to pick up your motorcycle.

7. After the servicing, the reception will call your mobile.

8. Payment via cash, nets, credit card. :deal:

9. Check your motorcycle. :goodluck:

The mechanic did not cover back my coolant reservoir compartment cover properly. The cover was not even there when I reached my home carpark. I decided to do a check on my coolant level & found the cover lying at the bottom of the boot.

The battery compartment cover was also not covered properly. It was out of alignment. It was like he juz chuck the cover in the place. :box:

The cbs brake fluid is also not top up, which I have requested. I dun think they even know that pcx 150 has 2 brake fluid reservoir. :faint:

Make sure the agent write down all your request in the service advice. I dun know if the agent will tell the mechanic word by word of what you said. :gun:

Tat's all folks. Sorry for the long-windedness.
