Coocase Problem

I'm using a Coocase Astra 48 L. The latch which locks the lid in place as circled in red in the picture is unable to close fully for me to open the box. Has anyone had this problem and solved it? I emailed Coocase twice but they did not respond.

 

My brake lights on the box have also stopped working.

 

Where can I service the box other than from Chiap Lee?

I got mine fixed within 10 mins at Chiap Lee!

FYI, the box has 1 year warranty
