Ada sesiapa leh beri aku nasihat camana nak mula kan tabiat bersenam ?? Aku berhenti bersenam sejak tahun lepas.. hehe.. dan skarang nak mula bersenam balik badan terasa takleh take it.. tak tau asal.. haha.. any suggestions??

MAIN bola la...hehe... amcm kita start jogging kat botanic gardens kapa ah...hehe aku pun kene start jugak fitness da menurun. bdn pun da naik lemak lagi2 time holiday ni mkn tdo mkn tdo ..wah lau wei.

asal sampai ke botanic gardens plak?>?? SERAM siul mendengar nya..

Aku bukan tanak main bola.. tapi ada masalah kaki ar.. so kalau nak exercise i ll go for jogging aje.. tapi nak mula jog pon susah sakz.. haha .. badan reluctant..

yang aku tahu (pasal kawan aku tadi SMS aku), ada banyak kosong pat Jalan Kayu, West Coast McDonald and Tanjong Pagar (sebelah KTM).... :goodluck:

patutlah dulu waktu aku NS kat Hougang Camp dulu, punya banyak pump attendant kat saner.....tapi bukan kat SPC tapi Essol :sweat:
