gemeral sports?? aku dulu instructor for Touch Rugby, Singa Rubgy and Junior rugby level 1 cat. Train sama Northern Knight Rugby team and attachment Spore NAtional Team Female Touch rugby team.. kat sana aku meet my match.. itu team bukan team pompuan.. team she males.. kiwek semua laju laju siak.. Becoz they go chest their running is slower compare to mine.. but thier fitness is slightly more better than me. :cheeky:

pasal politics i dont get chosen to play further.. FARK them man.. knnz.. i beat one of their so called national Liberia First 11 Defender and yet they say i aint good enuff.. WTF :giddy: :giddy: :giddy:

 

lepas gua punya 1yr and half punya attachment with sembawang.. i closed my book on pro footballer. is all policitcs from small till big.. Bingit siak...

 

Anyway aku menjadi belon pasal aku kerja dan START NAIK MOTOR.. pasal tu lah aku makin kembang.. malas nak jalan kaki semua.. :cheeky:

kayaking trip ah.. Ahakz.. amacam. kita sama2 push each other.. muahahaha..

 

pasal rugby nih semua .. I lost interest in it since sec school.. my coach bob.. kepala dier macam kurang rambut sikit pat tengah2.. haha.. kaki buih.. haha.. slalu tak datang untuk training.. den bila training dier ajar pon nak tanak.. end up the rugby cca was disbanded.

tapi tu time it was an honour to play along side.. Tamil Marren, Zulkilfi Katayoho, Samawira Basri, D Tokijan, Majid Arif and Lastly T ramoo..

 

though ada dah consider national team reject and old timers.. thier skills are there man.. I must salute to zulkilfi he was the best.. at the age of 35 he was the fittest among all the senior players and the import are worried about him.. hehehhee

 

I tapped most of thier experience.. Main bola sama dia orang boleh lost seh.. :giddy: :giddy: :giddy:

hAHAHA.. pasal motor pon aku da malas nak exercise.. jalan sikit aje da penat skarang.. kalau skola park motor pat lot terus dah leh naik lip gi class.. haha.. den balik rumah park motor jalan 20 meter aje da naik tangga sampai rumah.. muahaha..

bob tu mat salleh ke melayu.. tu time rugby union ada c*** up in yr 1999 till 2003..

 

Tapi during that period.. aku dapat aku punya cert from NCAP and it is recognised and accrediation for the SSC.

 

Aku train BBU di sekolah primary.. Power gila.. Join tournement my neighbourhood school... dapat 3 among the best rugby team in the northern sector. It was statisfying that i managed to achieve the impossible.. to get my normal neighbourhood school to be in the top leagues.. :lovestruck:

 

then after tu SRU got some reshuffle and they decided to change the management and off i become a free lancer coach...

aduhhhh sejak kol 12.01am tadik sehingga skarang kitorang dah bedal 9 pages.. confirm monday nanti ice chick cakap malas nak backtrack.. in fact bukan dier sorang aje.. hampir2 semua.. lagi2 budak yang PEMALAS tuh.. "HELLO, whats lastest? Malas ar nak backtrack.." hahaha..
