Mersing Trip Update

 

Due to the low response FazerBros obtained and feedback from meetups, the Mersing trip under MR is officially cancelled.

 

However FazerBros welcome any suggestions on a small trip this weekend 17-18 December. For those who are interested, kindly msn me or call me at 98226237 to discuss about the trip. Probably to Melacca or some beach resort. No trip is too small.... No bike is too small either...

Here's what I've done.

 

Ive engaged a lawyer who's an ex TP IO. He'll bear all costs n fight for my case first. Im not required to pay him a single cent.

 

Secondly my bike will be sent to IDAC tomorrow for inspection. This lawyer knows this particular bike shop very well n said that they will do up my bike first.

 

The thing that worries me alot is what if this particular bikeshop does not want to do the job properly? Take my fairings/paintwork for example. My fairings/paintwork on the left side is definitely ruined as the bike slid across the tarmac upon collision. It'll most definitely reflect in the IDAC report. If thats the case, I would definitely want a new paintjob done as well. Is the bike shop in a position to refuse? What if they refuse to do it? What can I do? I'm not going to accept my bike if the damages incurred to it is not fully fixed!

 

:help:

first & foremost, u've gone to idac right? so basically the damages haf been photographed & noted. these evidence in IDAC can be used to restore ur bike's condition. U already stated the lawyer u've engage telling u the bike will be done w/o u having to incur any charges, m i right?

 

is ur lawyer a personal lawyer u've engaged or a lawyer the bike shop introduced?? it makes a huge diff!! ur personal lawyer will help u more. a bike shop lawyer will help the shop & himself.

 

ask from your lawyer a black & white agreement form, dun take his words or the bike shop's words. when accidents happen, its the black & white game dat matters.

 

irregardless of who winning the case, coz dats gonna take some time, ur concerns now at hand is ur bike right? ask clarification from ur lawyer. a bikeshop will not do anything if they are not guaranteed profits. and they will not want to do your bike upfront w/o any payments made to them, senang kata dey dun wana rugi la. however, whether or not u can get ur parts replaced will mostly depends on the pics & evidence from IDAC. from here u can roughly gauge the damage cost n how much the shop wud wan to get from u.
