apek==> eventhough the food cost $17.97, there was one case that the customer mati2an nak tunggu aku nye 3 cent change........ naik menyirap darahku.... Apetah lagi.... aku BERANGla kejapp....

Lakonan semulanye sebegini:

 

Isk: Gud evening mem, Here's ur order... (kuserahkan ayam KFC yg tlah di bungkus)

 

Customer Sengkit: How much?

 

Isk: The total cost is $17.97

Customer Sengkit beriku $20.

 

Ku korek porchku dan keluarkan $2 dahulu...

 

Ku diam menanti.

 

Customer sengkit: Wher's the other change!!?????

 

Isk: How much, 3 cent????

 

Customer sengkit: Yaaaah....?

 

Isk: I dun hav dat small change mem. (dgn penuh tawaduk ku menjawab)

 

Customer Sengkit: I dun care!! wat kind of service ur KFC hav HUH!!!

 

Ku sudah membara... tiada one cents d dlm porchku.

Ku tiada 5sen pun....

Ku korek punye korek....., ku keluarkan 10sen.

 

Isk: I'm sorry mem, NAH!! (ku serahkan 10sen kpdnya dgn geram!!)

 

Isk: KEEP THE CHANGE!!!!

 

Ku turun dari bangunan condo tu dan pecut pulang ke outlet......

Laaa .... apasal lak kau cakap keep the change???? Kau tunggu la balik the SGD$0.07 from her.

 

Aku ingat ni mesti either case custormer boring; lapar pasal lama menunggu lebih dari waktu. ATAU, the maam expect diff kind of service from 'KFC' but kau buat doh ngan penuh tawaduk? Mana la tau ... :confused:

In Customer service industries ..... u should say first ...

 

I'm sorry Sir/mdm, but i dont seem to have 3cents ... do you really want back the 3 cents ? (tunggu dia nya respond .... )

 

1) YES : nak tak nak kau kene gi balik amik .....

2) NO : say Thank you ....

 

3) Kalau kau nak argue .. kau cakap ... $17.97, kau round off to $18 ... so there's no 3 cents change .. kwang kwang kwang

Apa punya nasihat daa ... kan masa she take order dah diberitau the harger. Skali kawan tu cakap $18, tak pasal2 CPIB cari & kener masok lokap ...

 

Lagi pon dat maan order under company entertainment allowence kot, which subject to auditing? Tu pasal rabak2 pon nak tunggu that 3 cents.

btw kekawan; sorry eh if sometimes my taiping & spelling lots of error. Sometime when me baca balik macam tak make sense. All this due to curi2 fliping between 'working' window & MR window :smile:

Tapi ade case lain, kat dalam remarks column in the receipt stated: Customer Require 5 cent change.. (Terpakse kene sediakan....)

 

Kadang-kala tips bukan datang dari customer malah di jalan raya or carpark pun ader....; tapi not advicible to use it; patut derma.

 

(Ku terjumpa duit berjumlah $10 di carpark condo di holland rd laying nicely di tepi longkang. Ku kutiplah. The week after, in one of my shift, aku short of $20 siaq......!, utk return the sales to my manager... Terus teringat pasal duit yg ku kutipi. Next situation, stlah hantar order dari condo di orchard, ku terjumpe $20 di porch condo tersebut. Ku terfikir sejenak, nak ambil atau tidak. Akhirnya, ku kutip juga....; The next week on 18 April, aku accident, satu minggu tak kerja; Apelaaahh......., nasib aku.....? aku rase Tuhan marah aku la...... but wat if lain kali aku terjumpe $50 dollar note pulak???? ish!!?? shoould i kutip or biarkan...? takut kene bala' lagi?? mane tau?? kalau ku kutip, ape rase akn terjadi saban hari ehhhh????? wana'uzubillah)

Lerr ... kalau dia dah stated kat receipt, kau stand by lah .. kalau tak, kau pretend gi base amik change .. then ko inform ko nya shift manager , ko kene antar ni 3 cents ... at the same time koleh main angin pe ...

 

Lain kali kau dapat tu duit ... kau blanja kawan sekerja kau yg bertarung nyawa nak antar rezeki utk "manusia yg pemalas nak masak dan sendekel nak kasi tips (customer)". At least kalau bukan orang agama kita pun ,.... doa utk kau tetap dalam dorang nya list ... setidak2 nya ... kalau balak, sama sama lah kene ...

suruh kfc mgt takar pricing to avoid paying customer at that denomination..

 

kasi 10 cent tak solve problemnye...ini bukan pasal singkit ke apa... dari customer punya pt of view , dia tengok kfc 7cent pun nak charge.... sekarang siape yang salah....or is it pasal gst?....kalau gst? ada company boleh absorb

Macam very unlikely gitu. These organization like to use $xx.95 which may look 'very cheap & affordable' to custormers. Bebudak yg buat delivery punya prob mana diaorang nak ambik kira. I tink they shd sediakan all the small 1cents & 5cents changes to those bebudak ... :sweat:

ok la no poblem. Ony that besok aft wk I go there asking him 2 chk someting at my bike. Tot if u & hubby can make it wld b better if I can intro u 2 the shop personally. :smile:
