1 - beradu : makna-1 = bertanding. Makna-2 = tidur; Istilah yg digunakan utk raja2. Apa yg nak diaorang nak beradukan (bertandingkan?). siapa kuat, siapa lemah? siapa menang, siapa kalah? Apa game yg diMAINkan waktu tido tu? :sweat:

 

2 - secocok : makna = sepadan. COCOK apa seh? nak kata cocok jarum, apa yg sepadan nya? nak kata cocok hidung, pun macam tak kena. Nak kata cocok duri, apa kena mengena ngan sepadan. Cuma satu aja yg boleh dikatakan sepadan (in my opinion :sweat: ). Otak kuning siaq ongtua dulu2, tapi diaccepted pulak tu oleh Dewan Bahasa & Pustaka. :sian:

 

3 - Penebuk : (Tebuk = buat lubang) Istilah yg selalu aku dgr masa kecik2 dulu; digunakan oleh orang2 tua utk menakutkan anak2 BBU. Diaorang kata, penebuk tu suka/akan potong kepala orang (especially BBU), untuk dijadikan bahan2 semah utk buat jembatan dsn (dan sebagai nya). Dah besar2 gini baru lah aku tau apakah istilah generic penebuk (penculik) itu sebenarnya; the parents are just trying to cakap beralas .... fikir2kan lah :cheeky:
