ahaz.. Marigold is terlalu berlemak.. lemak di keliling badan kita dah terlalu berlebihan.. ahakz..

 

Tummitrim mujarab.. ahakz.. mak saya pakai dan hilang berat badan sebanyak 8kg.. ahakz. :cheer:

senang je wak if nak jaga badan.. don consume too much carbohydrates if u not burning dem... carbohdyrate will b store into fats if u didn use dem as energy... :thumb:

Kalau sudah dilahirkan dalam keluarga yang baka nye sebegini.. memang susah.. tapi kene usaha.. My adik2.. dulu gemokkzzzzzz.. den diorang exercise gila2.. take less rice etc.. like what akak Iya katakan tuh.. lolx.. Alhamdulillah mujarab.. Skarang semua badan kecik dan lebih tinggi dari ABANG dier.. Lolx.. :(
