hahaha!! if want cheap2 and good2, best for me is Castrol Power 2T... Gold coloured bottle.. 2T is in lime green in colour and smells nice!! $9 je pat Ah Boy... Haha... Tats the cheapest i use... And the best part is it's FD graded...

 

Maybe aku will try tat next... Now using motul 510.. Bolei tahan berasap seh...

 

Btw sidetrack, anyone knows if there is motorcycle lots at kallang leisure carpark?

Ahakz... True2! Luv the smell of tat 2T. Last time it sells only for $7 @ LAB. Then the price goes up to the current pricing, tats wen I decided to "2T hop"!

ya, i heard penzoil good too, bt sum mech when i ask they say they get sum feed back frm customer tat penzoil worn the piston ring faster then other 2t... so im not sure....50-50 bro...

for me, i used to send my previous bikes to do servicing at sprinta, but the best way is diy servicing which i am still learning bit by bit starting from engine oil change which till now i could not get it right, it also able to cut cost on maintenance and could save you tons and tons of cash which you could spend them on other items such as accessories, for me, diy sevicing is always way more satisfying whether you do it right or wrong, but of course, you must have a 'sifu' around you to teach you la, if not your motor jln reverse jeq siol, haha

 

as for changing engine oil,spark plug,ketatkn chain and sebagainye,dah tau.cume like setting angin and timing,and buy accessories for rxz and others like cheap 2t,bulb,rxz parts and etc.kedai mane yng good in handling rxz.

Works lah sia pade aku... haha... mtr aku rase ringan je biler pakai tu motul 510... aku so far pernah pakai motul 510 je... lom pernah pakai motul 710... tapi kalau motul 510 dah sedap giler pade aku, apatah lagi motul 710... hehe... tapi motul 510 mmg the best 2T aku pernah pakai... no regrets trying....

Sane bnyk jgk peh lot motor... tapi usually org park pat pavement je pat sane psl lagi dkat nk jalan... hehe... tapi kalau dah ada lot, then park je lah pat lot mtr... takot kene saman nanti....

Ard there are harge dia... Paling murah aku beli is $14.50 pat kedai whampoa sane... Slalu nye is $15... tau tkpe.. member aku pon gitu.. slalu suruh members kirimkn 2T silkolene pat JB... menyusahkn org je gitu... haha...

dia ada yg cap hijau nye... baru2 ni pat JB botol dia smua cap hijau... then aku try ah beli... rase mcm lain ah.. pakai pon mcm tk sedap... bau dia pon dah tk wangi mcm dulu... suspect kuat imitation kot... hahaha!! tapi ntah lah... kau carik pat spore nye lagi bagus yg cap color gold mcm lame nye...

starting of my motorcycle is crappy now and neutral light is hardly visible, must open throttle slightly then visible..same as signal light..if stationary only..can not see a thing..

aku dulu pakai motul 800 offroad/road racing for 3-4 times..pastu pakai castrol gold biasa..aku tak tau ah mmg aku tak tau rasa atau rxz-rxz aku dulu mmg takde beza kalau telan apape 2t pon..last rxz aku pakai motul 800..apa sedapnya...mcm biasa je..hmm...

Must b a weak battery then. Just like mine too! Hehe... Bt I learn hw to live wif it; it will return to norm once u start to ride for awhile. Bt anyways, a dry cell batt will cost u ard S$45 ans the wiring, S$40-50, dependin on ur Z model...

yours too? god..im doubtful when i kick down to neutral at a traffic light..

thats super expensive..but i changed mine $30 ermm shinko dry cell..first time change,i dont know if its good or bad..but the lights works perfectly and horn is louder.. =)

Hey guys! Been awhile since I've posted here, but I'm in need of help!

 

My bike been revving high lately whenever I start the bike. I realize this only happens when I hold on to the throttle while starting the bike. Mayb I move the throttle and it didnt go back to rest position.

 

But today, I park the bike outside during the crazy heavy rainfall at 2-5. When i went back to start the bike, it didnt wanna start at all, so I played with the throttle abit, open choke everything. Then suddenly the throttle became super lose, wont go back at all to rest and the bike still wont start! I adjust2 abit then it seems okay already.

 

But when the bike finally start, it kept at rpm 2.5-3. My normal idle is at 1-1.5 only. Very low. So i adjusted the idle knob, but still remained high at 3. I off the engine, adjust the knob and throttle abit more and when I on back thats when the trouble really starts. It went to rpm 7 straight! Super noisy! Nothing brought the rpm down. I gave up and took a bus hm.

 

Tmw towing the bike to Will Motor to get it fix. But I normally like to ask around what brothers here might think the damage is so the shop wont ketuk me. I have a feeling its throttle cable. Is this true? If its so, how much will it cost? Other factors im considering maybe the carb or air filter dirty. Any brother can shine a light on me? Brother syamitomo mayb?

whooaa..sounds like carb slider prob...throttle cable almost always never cause problem..MAYBE ur carb slider scratch or dirty..just try and service ur carb..and ask mechanic see the carb slider ok not..if not then check the walls there the carb slider sits...if its about them..ur lucky..coz most of the time ur throttle will get stuck and ur bike will go red rev n the only thing u can do is off ur engine..

 

well..thats one cause of it...do check ur carb and throttle cable..i kenna 2 times before.
