Guys.. Im now using aprilia brake pump n caliper together with hel brakehose. Seems that the caliper keeps jamming or sticking. Do i need to service the caliper or is the caliper faulty? Pls advice me on this. Its really bothering me esp when im riding.

Nope. Just changed the caliper n the pump with hel brakeline.

mech got do bleeding? replace existing brake fluid if any..?

about 6 months since i service, i service my top block...

 

try doing full service again..2 stroke's full service frequency is double than 4 stroke IMO..

its either the brake pump or the caliper,try ask mech to inspect the brake pump,rebleed,if it doesnt work,then its the brake cal..

theres no 'correct' sprocket settings,it all depends on the rim size n what kind of mods uve done to the engine..as for stock engine,carb,and pipe,and 17" rim,15-38,16-39/38,17-42,would do.

 

i set my stress level limit for my engine is at 120km/h rpm7,coz i usually ride at that speed,so i wouldnt want the rpm to go above rpm7,as by that rpm the engine for me,would be noisy,any higher is noisier,n id contribute that to stress..

Hmmm... I believe the easiest to see whether original piston anot is tat ther'll b "Yamaha Genuine" labels all ovr the box. If to see by just the piston, the piston shld hav "55k" and "made in Japan" embossed on it, in the inner side... Hope tis help...

Guys i first time encounted this problem . Was cleaning my spokes on my spooky rim. One of them break already. Wad do you guys normally do?

1)Straight away Replace Broken Spoke a new one?

2)Replace all old spokes with new spokes?

3)Wait for 1 or 2 more spokes to break then replace all?

 

 

I had cable tie the broken spoke so it wont stick out during riding.

look at your tyre size bro.. your tyre got write. eg. 100/80-17 -> means your rim size is 17 inch. if 60/80-18 -> means your rim size in 18 inch.

Has anyone convert their fuel tank cap into flat onces? Kinda sick of the fuel leaking out when braking on full tank.
