i rather be a hard customer even though im a regular customer to a bikeshop and up to this day..any bikeshop regardless anything they do on my bike,im there beside them looking at their work..by doing this i learn how to do and at the same time i know and witness myself whats going into my bike..

 

i do this because ive kenna once and fed up with a bikeshop at jb who told me he fit in ori piston and everything ori for just RM200..at the end my bike seize again and found out they were locals..

oh ya no service manual..that one parts catalogue..haha..but i think it should be quite easier than 4 stroke..just remember how to fix the gear back properly..otherwise the bike will gostan..i heard 1 case and saw another case rxz gostan before..hahaha

 

anyway i think this 25th can lah..im going out during the day..we can meet up at night..probably at alif?or if theres any better place..ive attracted 3 of my frens to thairand..an rxz,x1r and DRZ!!woooo!!

lets do standard now..anyway i dont see the point la modding rxz...from what i heard..it seems that rxz is the one that is prone to overhaul when compared to KR and 125z..the worst bike and first on the list is TZM..this is base on how many cases ive heard on overhauling..haha..standard mod sudah!

you dont have to temper the ignition to start the bike be it the YCLS version or catalyzer.mine is a much more easier method. i wont reveal it how to do it here because others might put it to the wrong use.

this is the reason why bike theft is easy in JB.

 

i agreed. catalyzer is much easier to get stolen. no need to touch the top ignition also. i did once on my brother 125z he lost his keys.

for the torque thing..what i learn is if u dont have the torque wrench..once da rasa keras,twist it for another 1/4 to 1/2 times,then thats it..

ok bro i dont plan to purchase it from a local dealer (vector one) yet cos ive bet its gonna cost around $250

 

in the states it cost about $160 plus shipping all i need is just the product code number!

You can get it at the shop along rowell road beside united motor. The shop that sell spark plugs cost is $40

I've just testing it out yesterday because ive just complete rebuild my engine myself. So what i can feel the throttle respons is crispy and very responsive.

 

Vforce 3 kit is actually the whole package. And i believe its 45degrees so more better. Will update you on my progress.

 

Hi LoudnessFz yes thats what i think too. I have a torque wrench but now iam using the torque value of a R6 torque value depends on the nut aswell.

Bro loudnessfz...nt say give up lah..my mum ask to sell away da bike coz she say suay...in less than a month I buang 3 times...n da best part I wasnt even speeding...my bike damage is juz exterior damage like lever break n etc...but for me,gt abrasions lah,fractured thumb lah...so to be honest I dont noe wad to do wit my bike coz I still syg it...

Eh bro, meaning u cn overhaul eh? Cn u do it for me; I buy all the parts and u replace it for me. Can? I pay u lh of coz. And is it a one day event? Coz I malas lh nk leave my bike overnite, at JB somemore... :-/

ala..not the bike la suay..i dont think u still got use to the road or with the bike..somewhere something is wrong and its nothing got to do with bike being suay..its either the rider or the other party or just the environment..its been only a month..tahan a bit..no use if u change to other bike and still the same..u can do it!
