Hi riders. My RXZ is currently using 17 inch sport rims. i realise the speed shown on the meter is not accurate but does it give me inaccurate mileage as well? Pls advise. Tks.

 

yea because if the meter is showing 0km/h , mileage on it doesn't increase too.. it's all gears in the meter..

For example,if im traveling at 70km/h based on the meter,it means 60km/h based on the digital speed scanner that I ride past near Lenore Avenue. I clocked 410km before going to reserve for the petrol tank.

Wow. My only can last me 270km/h to reserve

1999-2000 LC125

2003-2003 KRR150

2003-2003 RXZ135

2004-2004 RVF400

2004-2007 VTEC2

2007-2008 RVF400

2012-????? RXZ135

Maybe you ought to buy those well known brands gantung; eg Makidas, YSS, KYBs, just to name a few... You know, just to be safe...

410km? Hmmm... Maybe that's cause you're using 17inch rims right?

That's what I thought too.

But from JB to Hougang is 30km.

And I clocked 30km as well.

The meter mileage seem to be correct.

Met a few Japan model RXZ riders and they said our tank is slightly bigger than the catalyzer model. Yeah.. I'm impressed with the mileage. I only ride btw 60-70km/h btw.
