hey frens.. juz wanna enquire.. kalau ada saper2 yg ingin menjual aprilia/brembo brake caliper - not STOLEN ONES PLEASE- tlg la msg aku.. mine got stolen juz now at my MSCP.. sad case la.. sigh.. to whomever who took it.. tuhan tu adil.. aku hilang caliper.. esok lusa kau hilang tangan..

Hey bros, my rxz was having headshake whenever I release both hand from the handlebar

 

Wat could b the problem?

 

Ehh.. I have tried to read thru the thread, but a lot of malay bros toking I dun understand leh..

 

Any outing ?? my rxz is full stock, pipe dripping wet, 2t maybe too much oso.

abt ur headshake try to tighten ur cone bearing

if u dun noe how to bring ur bike to bike shop

and ask e mechanic to do it for u.

and abt ur pipe dripping wet maybe u

mix 2t to much in ur fuel dat will coz dripping wet n alot of smoke.

maybe i can help you guys to find the brembo calipars or aprillia calipars. i got lots of lobang but sometimes fast finish. can msg me but money must give me first then i find for you. 200 calipar+brakes

For the headshaking probably it could be ur rim might need to be tune, if it is a spoke rim. If u feel quite strong vibration as well while riding, it could be your tyre need to be change, uneven oredi. Or else, your steering cone might loosen oredi.... Tightening will do the trick bro.

 

For the language, sori bout that. Coz the only active members here are malay. So we normally communicate in malay. For the dripping pipe, yes it is due to mix the 2T a little bit too much if you use premix. If you use 2T box, it takes roughly about 2 weeks then the red light lights up while riding. This is normal. If less than that, better adjust your 2T pump. if you use both then no need to mix too much into the tank. A capfull or 20ml of 2T will do.

sometime, not only the 2t cos the wet thing at the silencer. sometimes due to rich setting of ur fuel.

just change steering bearing, no more headshake..

 

but now got another problem, whenever hard braking, there's jerking feel

 

after checking, i grab the front wheel and move foward/backward, can feel some slight movement...

 

when go back to shop, they tighten the nut, no more jerking feel, but steering become very stiff...

 

then the shop ppl told me suspect the steering stem wear out liao...

 

so i was wondering, is it the bearing didn't install properly or the stem really worn??

ya allah tak kan aku nak simpan belen kan. kalau satu set selling at 150 mesti lah belen aku kasi balik. tapi sebelum tu aku mesti lah call korang kat kedai tu ade jual. aku ade lobang tapi dia tak jual orang sembarangan. bila aku takda duit aku datang kedai dia brembo brakes aprilia semua bersepah. then next week aku datang semua dah habis jual! ini nasib nasib je so kalau korang nak beli bilang aku aku check kan ok

You mean the steering stem is under bracket component is it? The bottom part triple clamp with a bar conneted to it. Yes, It could be it. Worn out steering stem can due to over-tightening of the steeing cone. Check again, try another shop to check the steering cone bearings, it might be the wrong bearing or loose bearing when previous mechanic installed. There's shouldn't have any gap between the bearings.
