Currently i m using daytona throttle and my petrol consumption seems to have no change..

Now ah boy selling domino fast throttle at a sale price. I dunno what the price is and his assistance told me a few days ago.

I got some question to ask:

 

1)Whats the difference between DAYTONA and DOMINO fast throttle? And how much is the price of both type?

 

2)Went to change 4t just now..my mech say put in 600ML only..cannot put untill empty... correct anot?

1) both are fast throttle. only diff brand. one more expensive than the other. daytona cable cannot change seperate. must change whole set.

 

2) yes correct. i oso put 600ml

some pple put 500ml.

Its along the Bukit Batok St 23. Cant remember the building they are at but I remember their shop's signboard got a very big "Esso Lubricant". the building is in front of a temple there.

 

So is 300-400 acceptable ? Coz I only free to send my bike down tomolo evening...

I m interested to know the overhaul price too. Let's say we buy block, piston set, conrod at Singapore Yamaha agent and overhaul at Johor? How much will it be guys

Ya, at first was piping problem. Then I call him to service also. When he dismantle my motor he notice that my enging is kind of spoilt and suggest that I go for an overhaul. Now my bike still can ride but, as according to my technician, wont last long.

 

I am riding RXZ now.

 

Eh .. how you know Im from BMTC 'E' Coy ? Who you ? Platoon 3 also ?

How long do you think the battery should last? I leave my bike for 3days and when i turn the ignition key, no indicator light comes on. Hit the horn, have a faint tick tick sound. Signal light work but slow. Is it mean I need to change battery?

Hey guys..I bought a fork clamp..i fix myself..but i found the fork so stiff and like no suspension already.. Is it the correct way of fixing it or it should be same as normal u know..when u push the handlebar it will have a spring effect.. ??? anyone can help?

How U fix? How can e fork b stiff afte fixing fork clamp? The clamp is juz 2 strengten Ur fork...

That shop F**KED up. Stay away at all cost. They always quote me different price for the same service/products. They tried to chop me by quoting $100 for Battery hange + wash carb. GO to Ong's Motorcycle instead. It's at the same place...but on the 1st level at the corner(near the bangla quarters).

which shop is dat brother?i've read a lot abt some blacklisted motor shops..care to 'introduce' to me the shop's name?maybe can play them out..juz pretend wanna buy a bike frm them then pull out in the very very last minute..haha..i did it b4 to a bike shop and until now when i pass by his shop,i throttle hard and let him knoe dat i bought another bike from other shop..make him heart pain..hahaha

wat u mean by piping burst? ur pipe burst? or fuel line burst?

$70 is expensive. go jb ard Rm70.

Overhaul normally the cost depends on which part u change.

there's no fix price for it. Dun go this type of shops. they must see wat is needed to change then can quote u price.

so far how's ur ride? if no prob, for wat u wanna change?

overhaul normally done for engine.

if change piston n ring or block, tat is not overhaul.

wah i never tot original clutch can fix 6 clutch plates. but for the spring can't make it lah. i go jb often my hand hurts then i change back and clutch cable wont last long too. but bigger chamb er header will rust. well thats the only way if u like to corner. great tips you guys! but too bad my rxz is gone case already. mod so much and now the petrol can reach 200km only. haizzz. the thrill is not for so long guys. i'am still tossing my coin if i want to give away my rxz or not. petrol going up. ciggy going up. and i work despatch some more!

 

 

to firdaus the domino fast throttle is expensive around 130 dollars like that. tzm is 50rm and daytona is 85rm.

You mean you have been there before? The building in front of the temple leh. The building is very nice looking for a industrial building.

 

Will look out for the Ong's place next time.

I dunno really know the name. When we park the bike will close a valve(not sure wat is it). There is a little pipe that connects to it that burst.

 

I went to fix it up and also ask for a service which they charge me $70. They say they will change the dunno wat bracket, change spark plug, change engine oil and wash headblock.

 

So what kind of shop should I go then?

Its very difficult for me to go JB for now lah. coz my unit requires me to take leave b4 I can go oversea even if I apply exit permit. So I dun wan all the trouble.
