Just my half cent opinion.

 

1.) Try to lower down your 2T consumption & for the time being maybe get the better type of 2T.

 

2.) Or the other option people told me is, before reaching you inspection centre(quite nearby lah what i mean) close fully your 2T intake.

 

Hope this will help you in any way. The rest if got better opinion can just help our clan here.

Bro, I am noob too. I am P plate and just got RXZ on 04th June 2008. Casette is inside block and is a thin piece of metal with shape of square. There is one big hole in the centre and four small holes at each corner. The small hole is put into the screw. This is what I know. Without casette, the bike lost power or even can not move. if u heard some clicking sound from engine non stop, u must send to ur workshop to check. Play safe.

What i understand is the main supply that feed the 2T in is not 100% a screw but it is a hose alike with a thread. You adjust your 2T intake by turning the thread. Cloudwise or anti cloudwise. (hope i'm telling you the right thing, hehehehe)

 

If you invite your 2T intake to the max, it will cause alot of smoke coming out from your pipe. Don't do it unless you are staying in Malaysia:thumb: For nothing you will get love letter from TP/LTA or NEA:cool:

No i don't think so. Btw, if you removed your silencer the sound will be different already. More noisy or funny sound will come out from your pipe. Why must you remove your silencer btw??? Try not to do any unnecessary thing before going for inspection, this may cause you to come back again for another inspection. Although i have not been to any inspection before, more or less i know their requirment:thumb:

Sorry for disappering Mr Frank, i've replied to your e-mail already. Alternatively, you may want to consult Syamitomo for your humble request cos what i understand he has already create a paypal account. Just my half cent opinion. Btw, i'm stuck to my night shift maybe for about a month cos my boss is heading to United States for holiday and i will have to cover the nights shift duty for quite sometimes. Syamitomo can consult me if he wants for the brand, model & shop that sell the calliper mentioned by you through e-mail.
