New pipe cost abt $100. 3bs.

If you cant find a friend to swap your pipe for inspection, another suggestion is to borrow from bike shop.

Changing silencer alone wont help much if it sounds louder than the original one. Maybe this one you need to seek someone who done it before. :goodluck:

y dun u send to a bike shop?

they will send ur bike for inspection for u.

juz pay them $$.

or juz change to e ori silencer n new fiberglass

that will do.i've done that for my inspection.

everything passed except head light but e

inspector closed 1 eye.

do u noe how does it sounds like after removing both stopper in the pipe? n furthermore with original silencer?

try changing back to my original standard silencer..the sound is still like a modded pipe but not as noisy..a little crispy sound but it sounds quite nice but dont think can pass inspection..looks like i got to borrow a pipe from someone...:giddy:

shops can 'rent' u standard pipe for inspection. done tat last month at ah hwee(donno wat the shop name) behind ite tampiness. in front of ati cycleworld.

 

charged me 15bucks and my IC as deposit. all passed.

 

i think standard silencer also wont work ah becoz the sound will still be 'nyaring' than standard.
