maybe ur carb overflow like mine..ahaha..if thats the case,just dont forget to turn off the fuel valve everytime u are not using ur bike

 

if carb overflow you can see that your fuel is droping all over the floor. but you can actually reactify this thru your carb area adjusting the c-clip at the slider(where your throttle and 2t cable connects to the carb followed by the big spring) if im not wrong.

bro i juz got back from jb juz now.actually the route when entering jb is diff now...

once after u stamp ur passport at the malaysian side,u cnt exit the old way where u see the sea on ur left den u turn to the money changer...now after the passport stamping,u follow the road thru a new route where u'll exit somewhere somewhat like an expressway.once u exit u'll see a shell station.ahead of it is some kind of flyover whereby if u turn right,u'll head to NEW YORK HOTEL area(place where sporeans go for car/bike wash n makan).if u turn left,u'll head to the customs to return to singapore or to the money changers or CITY SQUARE.but if u go straight,it'll take u to LOR BAPOK tat area.u juz go straight and when u reach the next flyover u exit n turn right.it shud take u to LORONG BAPOK.juz to cautious all riders,the roads at the new customs has lots of turnings n cornerings becareful coz i heard there was an accident eariler this morning.

to return to singapore,just follow the same old way via caltex.returning route is unchanged as of juz now.i heard it'll only change on the 16th dec.

hope dis will enlighten those who frequent jb for their petrol n cigs like me...hehehe

hey hey.. why I'm mentioned eh? haha. I can't race lah. My bike very very OLD bike lah syam~ 23 years old bike u know.. Since 1985.. My Piston size I recently checked, mine is also 1.5 lah like u!!

haha. rabak.. cannot tahan already lah.. tak lama lagi need to change new block.. Hahaha.. If race2 cepat "merengek" ah.. haha..

The carnival was kinda of a disappointment but the experience was priceless...

I just got a brand new piston in my Z, along with a re-bore of my enlarged cylinder (using TZR piston, 150cc). 81,000 kilometers on the clock now, my Bulldozer........ anyone here with more kilometers "done"..?

 

And tomorrow i'll buy another RXZ for a work colleague of mine, i convinced him to get one. Maybe, if another colleague also takes one, we'll open "RXZ Clan, Chapter Bangkok"

maybe you want to go thru trial and error method. exchange carb with someone then monitor if the same thing is happening. if it seems okie... maybe try riding it for lap and monitor any differences. if still the same, it might be inside your engine already. difficult to start might be due to your kick starter bush worn out, about the engine die off part might be your oil seal on either side( behind clutch plate area and behind magnetic coil area) damage. damage oil seal will actually make your bike timing go haywire.

 

im just playing guessing game here bro with my knowledge. try consulting your mechanic then tell me if what i say is true.

Thanks for the info guys... Anyway I decided to overhaul my bike in SG and very parts from block to engine will be change to Japan Products... My Conrod and bearings are suffering and the vibrations from the engine is crying for help....

have you got your quotation for the damage bro?? its best if you can witness the spoil parts when ur mechanic open up ur engine and also when he is installing the new parts also...

any of you know why is my pipe spitting 'ashes' like when you smoke gudang garam, got the red red thing. for non smokers, sorry. heh. i dono how to describe. and then my pipe sound more like lemang pipe.

 

this all happen after trying top speed with a pillion. haha. im ok with the sound of the pipe but the ashes are making me worry.

those should be carbon from your pipe bro.open up your silencer and check maybe your fiber all dry up.

 

btw try not to test machine while you have your pillion with you. i guess u sure dont want them to fly.

auto machinery at rowell road.

cheong aik at desker road.

 

all this are distributor for yamaha genuine parts.

they are actually located near by each other. what you can do park your bike for free at jalan besar plaza, go down to ban hoe leong first, then walk to auto machinery then cheong aik. just to survey for the best price. eventhough they are all the yamaha distributor they actually have different prices.

some shop in SG like to chop people. Some are not. Not all in SG are bad lah. Hehe. So, I think, go to our TRUSTED shop will do good. heee~ just my opinion ah bro. & to get Yamaha Genuine Parts can do as what blurchaoz mention. Go to these three places. Ban Hoe Leong, Auto Machinery & Chong Aik..

 

Survey first the price of the parts that we want, then we make our own choice . It's that SIMPLE!
