anyway whats pilot jet ah?isit the one that u control with the throttle?what i know is main jet and pin jet...i just change the pin jet(or so i think,the one that connects to the throttle) becoz of the overflow problem and now my carb is ok,not overflowing if i dont switch off fuel valve..but the main thing is...after i change...my fuel consumption seems more worse sia...

 

usually the fuel gauge will only start to move once i hit 120km,but now 40km move liao..i estimate full tank less than 300km sia....waaaaaaiiiii telll meee waaaaaaaaaaaaiiii

 

pilot jet is the one inside the carb... its the jetting with holes. the one control the throtthle is the needle which u had changed.

 

u actually dun nid to change the needle for the overflow macha.. u just haf to adjust the c-clip at the slider area as what i've told you before.

wah shiok pe! haha. I fell in love with my rxz after hearing stories of RXZs kilas-ing KRs in drags. I personally knew one of them. He told me he only took out his air box and changed his main and air jets. I'm sure there's more secrets than that. :dot:

 

anyway sorry I can't turn up for that night because i had something to attend to. birthdays come once a year.... hope you understand...

well my main jet size is standard 210(assuming the mechanic didnt change my main jet) and im not sure about my needle size...whats the standard size for needle jet ah?i stress liao see my fuel gauge moving faster than it should...haha

Hi all senior Bros riding RXZ, a newbie posting here. can check with u all how much and the cheap place to change the whole set of catalyzer?can we choose the color or haf to re-spray?Any wires needed to re-wire bcos of the headlight & signals? I'm riding a FT RXZ.

it cost less then 200 bucks. trace back my post maybe u can find the answer to it bro. colours come in catalyzer paintwerk red, blue and black.

the signal light and all should be plug and play if you using the catalyzer head now. if urs the old version head fairing then u need modifications to it.

Change ur pin... Usually its the;

 

main jet = fuel control

pilot jet = air control

 

gets to be changed, but once u change ur pin.... WHoA... Dah RACING oready...
