by sound? dun get wat u mean. by fc? fc depends on ur riding style. so by fc, u cant noe whether ur jetting is changed or not except for u check the jetting urself or ask somebody like ur mech to check for u.

If you need to know whether your jetting is correct, you should check your spark plug.

If it is too light brown, it means that there is not enough petrol going in. Send to bike shop to rectify.

The best colour is be just plain brown.

If it is too dark brown till black, it means that too much petrol is being consumed. Waste of petrol. Please let the experts from the bike shops to change the jettings.

some facts affect 2t flow but dun worry unless ur 2t pump not working then u have to worry. solution to check whether ur 2t pump working, start engine in neutral gear, pluck of the 2t cable from the carb, then rev. u will see 2t coming out slowly. if rev n rev but no 2t come out then ur 2t pump not working. fix it early or u will encounter piston jam. piston jam got 2 type. 1 is it locked ur tyre (tis one everybody noes), another is when u speed ard 90 n above n suddenly the bike slows down automatically n engine die off. u can start again n move off, but ur piston n block might have scratches already n time for rebore.

2t compartment leaking? wic part? as i noe there's extra tube connected but not using. if the tube is intact it will not leak.

for tyre standard rxz is 80-90/18 front n 90-90/18 rear. once it is change to 17 it is not normal already. heheeheh. for wat tyre to use is up to individual. cant say much, cos some pple prefer this size while others dun. for 17 inch my friend ever use 80-80 front n rear. some ever use 90-80 front n rear. others might use 80-80 front 90-80 rear while some might use 80-90 front n 90-80 rear. but if follow international site, all this sizes are for front use only. i mean this sizes the tyre manufacturer fabricate for front tyre. very subjective...... unless u wanna try 90-80 front n 100 or 110-80 rear. like sp heheeheheh. so far nvr see pple use tat size. but in thai, some cubs mod 90-80 front n 110-80 rear, looks more garang.

but wandering dunno y pple nvr use it. the common thing pple say is, "too heavy, 80-80 front n back lighter, corner oso shiok". buahaahahahahahahhahaah dunno havent try or not but already say heavy. tats y i said very subjective.

for the hi rev thing is might be ur clutch slips to lower gear while u nvr step on it. ever experience before. solution might be ur clutch adjustment lever too near n it is not good in long term wise cos might wear or ur clutch plate become loose, tats y u ever heard pple got problem with clutch plate when clutch in quiet nvr clutch in got some noise. see if it happen again try to adjust but if still happen again, u can visit ur mech to check.

but bro, check plug is check plug, but the actual correct way is to do a plug chop. search in google u can find article about plug chop. cos by seeing the plug only u wont get the correct answer. if ur low end is rich while ur top end is lean, when u check, u will get something like brownish colour tat means it is ok but actually it is not. then pple go tarik n ur top end lean (main jet lean) = to .................. macam ular(snake)

why you filled it to the brim?

i try once b4, not to the brim 5/6 full, close the cap, and the 2T starts to leak.

kind of waste la.

abt 3/4 is enough. just need to check after 7-9 days.

if the 2T problem still presist, might be it leak.

last week went to hunt for TT900 (japan). i cant find it, sey. some shop owner says TT900(japan) only come in size 17' and TT900(thai) come in size 17' & 18'.

can enlighten, thanks.

prefers: TT900(japan)

current size(stock rim-high polish spoke): 18'

budget: $90-$120 /piece

and for pipe, which one is better, catalyzer/ the botol type. care to explain the benefits and precaution.

current pipe(catalyzer)

reason for changing to botol type is that(my catalyzer, too silence) :)

PS: not for racing purpose()

tats the prob wif us using 18 inch rim.

not much size

even the tt9 thai got 80-80 only for 18 inch but for 17 inch got a lot. (in JB)

but for tt9gp, i dunno if got or not for 18 inch. (In SG cos jb oso hard to find tt9gp)

if got i tink it is 80-80 oso. i tink only. u can search yahoo see who the distributor in sg carry tt9gp then give them a call first bfore going down.

for cat pipe, personally i nvr tried before. but 1 of my friend ride cat rxz , after few mths, he tell me not good cos easily choke by carbon. dunno how true it is. faris use cat pipe mayb u can ask him. he said good so i dunno....

for the 3bs one ok lar. standard so far i use ok. tp oso cannot stop me. hahahahaa cos standard mah. if u want to cut ur pipe, better tink 100X, cos the sound will b diff. one of the fellow member here kena stop before. but if u wanna get the potong pipe, i got 1. mine is the most noisiest pipe( i tink so far lar) like panther jb bike. Cos y i said mine most noise? cos i got 3 friends all ride rxz, all 3 potong including me 4 but all did in diff shop n mine the loudest. cos mine inside is completely kosong (blank) all stopper removed. in terms of power, for me i feel not much diff. only a bit smooth with potong pipe. most pple say got feel a lot of diff is mayb their feeling lar cos noisy mah so the more noise the morefast. hehehehehhee. only thing i dun like about potong pipe is the low end is lost. meaning pick up lost a bit or can say quite a lot cos of loose compression as the air go in n out freely then u want more pick up= more throttle= more petrol n on n on n on n finally = more fine. so not worth lar. try ur pipe first. after sometime, lend any friend who got 3bs standard then try n see got any diff.... other than tat no comment.....

never top up ur 2t to full...it will leak....just top up 3quarter only.....reason is when u corner ur bike is leaning and the 2t will flow out.......most of the 2strokes bike are like this.....not just rxz...

Alamak, like that must change to 17', if i want to use TT900.

For tyre, sport rim can use tubeless & for spoke can't & also

sport rim heavy while spoke lighter, am i right? Are there any pros & cons i left out?

Yeah heard about the choke thingy, thats why planning to change to botol type, when you look at the pipe you will notice the pipe come in one piece (no screw to open). Is 3ds standard or potong pipe? estimate price in SDG for standard pipe(not going to JB anymore, kene 'PAU' before).

Regarding the 2t leaking i went to jb to ask for a 2t Tank. They quote me 25RM. I realise that a brand new 2t has 2 holes(one for pouring and the other for 2t meter) plus 2 "thing" chucking out about the length of 2cm.Its actually for air to come in so that 2t can flow down..

My stupid 2t tank does not have the"2cm thing chucking out" cos broken. Therefore the 2t tank juz got hole like that. Therefore if i fill 3/4 full. When brake all the 2t flow out..kena my chain,swingarm,mudguard..all over got 2t.Very heartpain.. changing to newer one soon.

I think tyres i go for 80/80 front and 90/80 rear...like that can anot? or 80/90 front and 90/80 rear..which one better ah... which one more commonly used?

I ask a shop at JB they quote me 125RM Battlax TT900.80/80 front and 80/90 rear..

Regarding the main jet thing to reduce petrol consumption.. i once ask a mech in singapore...i say like this..

Me: my main jet big or small ah? (bought bike from them so they must somehow know bout my bike rite?)

Mech: Huh? what thing? whats that?

Me: just kip quit and ignore him. :sian:

If my main jet is big..change to small roughly how much if do at JB?

18 inch oso got tt900 but only got size 80-80.

yes sport rim can use tubeless. but for spoke advise to use tube.

for sport rim is heavy n spoke rim light. but i've never weigh both of them so cant comment much.

sport rim, cons heavy but solid, pros no spoke to break.

spoke rim pros light, cons can break the spokes.

even im using sport rim 18 inch somemore :D

yamaha 3bs is the original standard bottle type pipe. if bottle type no 3bs printed on the bottle, tat means not original. potong pipe is those who have either original or not original bottle type n go shop to potong. mine potong pipe is 3bs too.

not going jb anymore? kena pau? wat is pau? :faint:
