well as for the service manual, looks like need to korek this forum abes2 n check all 338 pages. haha! :cry:

 

thats the service manual lar... becos the rxz parts catalogue actually show the diagram of how the assembly being done.:thumb:

Hee... Can no prob... Maybe for ur case, no more of those long boring stretch of roads. Since I'm tryin out wif an Otais, we need a lil bit of drags and a lil bit of corner, say Devils Bend??? Heh...:p

 

But to make things clear, Panjang hasn't been touching my bike(or rather my setting nor my engine or block) but rather everthin's been done by me,myself & I. Setting my carb, washing of carb, polishing of my piston and full service all done by me. (can ask those who were here) So yeah, I guess I still got a reasonto bein proud of my machine lasting tis long even if I were to be smelling ur 2t smoke... Hehehe...:angel:

 

syam anytime u wanna service ur bike or anythin can teach me alsoo...broke ar need to start saving hahahah...

i am new on rxz...wat is the rule of thumb for 2t amount?i mean the adjustment for 2t flow.....can some kind soul assist.....tq

the rule of thumb for my 2T flow belongs to my SG mechanic.:angel:

eh syamitomo next week we can test machine already.. :D the reason i pick u is because u copied most of my outlook (exclude the coverset) till to the rims and pipe mods.. lets see if u can live by it alright.. wanna see if panjang managed to make your 210 "racing main jet" go how fast. for wat i know those are stock main-jet boy.. :D

Just pump 220 front, 230 back. Tat's wat the otais ovr here taught me. But yeah, I hav my own preference... Hee...:angel:

contradicting to my bike. i read somewhere here the rxz tank was 13/12 liter but then i found mine was around 10 liter and there was no reserve play.

 

Btw the rxz bike was pass to me from my dad. He did mention he did repairing/servicing

at JB. Where to get buy the one fuel c_ock with reserve play and how much. I tink he also bought the rxz from JB. Any differ from singaore one and jb one....

 

For now tis is some of my query... will ask more as i go along...

Hmmm... Maybe ur tank is a "local" one? As in not original. Heard tat local ones are much more smaller in size compared to ori...

Hi :)

 

Mine RXZ both hold a little over 14 liters. I once drained the tank when i sprayed it, after that had to go to the gas station with Pepsi bottles (!) to get some petrol so i could drive, i filled 4 liters that way (2x 2-litre bottles) and then drove there and made it full, there was 10.1 liters going in and still a little space left, maybe altogether can hold 14.5 liters.

 

Thai-made RXZ they are, year 94 and 95.

 

I also outfitted both with fuel chicken (correct word get censored!!) that got "reserve" position, but two different ones - the one in Bulldozer leaves about 4 liters "reserve" (when i have to switch i can fill just over 10 liters, this is a good match with the fuel meter - it just touches the left side when i have to switch to reserve) and the one in Destiny is 7 liters, almost half tank. I'll shorten the tube on that one as soon as that tank is empty next time :)

hello pple.. need some advice here..

 

currently my bike top speed is 130 oni.. n knowing other Zs can go way beyond that.. i wonder wat could b the prob? i've changed to a done up pipe..(not sure wats done).. pick up fast bt no distance.. old pipe even worse.. no pick up+dist..

 

went to a mechanic recently.. said that my piston sieze ready.. therefore not enuf compression.. so need to rebore for 150(includes piston, and the bearings).. plus recomend me to get a lemang pipe for 120..

 

2nd mechanic i went to said that is the pipe im using made by malaysian.. oni provide pick up bt no dist.. i ask him bout my piston, bt he said nothing wrong..juz that i have a noisy a engine.. the prob lies at my current pipe n sprocket.. sprocket need to change to bigger size.. im using size 16/38 currently.. cos i heard tat is the best size for my 5 gears Z.. can do for me at 150..

 

main jet size 210.. should i get a bigger size?

 

so im so not sure wat shud be done to my bike nw.. i've spent quite alot redi bt still not much improvement.. hope tat can get some advice here..
