not pilih kasih macha... i tynk it was a last minute thing. i got to know it last minute after i was surveying for the shirt quotation.

guess everyone busy with their daily routine and to those out there who are recovering from their injuries speedy recovery aites.

 

our rempit Mon will be back on the road quite soon after getting afew things done up by this week.

 

he spent about $150 yesterday for getting :

- original fork -$80

- original meter -$30

- foot rest bracket left and right -$10/pc

- side board from fellow forum member -$18

 

and the rest from scrapyard to DIY his bike into riding condition back.

wan to check with you guys .. for rxz tyres.. usually how much pressure or psi need to maintain ? i read is somewhere 275 .. or something .. my markings on the tyre no very clear liao

1)shld/can i change to another insurance comp???

2)shld/can i start repairing my bike??? (coz the bike n lawyer say property damage cannot b claim as the culprit got no license.)

3)how much does pressing bodyframe cost??

4)how much does overhaul cost?

guys,just took out a first hand rxz.. nice ride sia on a brand new z.. may i know when is the first service need to be done? hmm.. what u recommend on 1st service? recommended eo n spark plug? my bike is my daily use so called despatch therefore need to maintain it good good..

 

after 1000km of running in below 80km/h and rpm 5. please proceed to change your engine oil and spark plug if you want to. recommended stuff.

hey bro, where he get the ori meter from? my old ori meter spoilt, so i chaged to local, within 5 mths, all spoilt, neutral light not in N also light up.. care to assist? thanks..

1) i tynk it shouldnt be a problem cos whatever insurance company you change to you cant claim a person who ride without license and drink driving above alcohol limit.

2) yes you can with your own $$$ cos you cant get any claims from the insurance company.

3) heard that it can be done but dunnoe hows the $$$ damage going to be like.

4) the last i spent for overhaul was 1000RM with some other stuffs. standard overhaul with original stuffs should be at 800RM.

i think tats my first post in rxz thread for 2009:faint:

1. Ride only in the manner you are comfortable.

 

2. On expressways, stay in the middle of lanes, do not road hog the faster lanes but stay in the middle of lanes and force the cars to overtake you properly.

 

3. Check and check blind spots, that is not for fun.

 

4. Do not try squeezing unless you are comfortable with it (see (1) above.

 

5. Take your time when riding and never rush even if you are late.

 

6. Signal to other vehicles if you want them to go first, wave your hand etc.

 

7. Make sure that your bike is maintained properly.

 

8. Look where you want to go and the bike will follow; do not look down unnecessarily.

 

9. Intersections are dangerous, exercise caution there at all times.

 

10. Be visible, put reflective stickers etc and make sure that your lighting is adequate.

 

MOst of all ... enjoy the ride and relax.

get in SG will do, any EO also can, rxz is a durable transport bike, the EO can tahan many months, no worries
