I ever encounter the same problem bro.Went to workshop, mechanic said need to change the clutch plate.Dont know i kena con or not but after that bike ok already.Or in the meantime maybe u can adjust ur biting point by making it higher.No harm trying.

My next project is put 2 bearing in my engine and use 3bs standard pipe.After that Faito heavy duty clutch.That's the trend for Johor Bahru style.Lagipun pipe bising2 TP/ROV pun suka.Anyone wanna xchange catalyzer pipe with sarang buang with standard 3bs pipe?

Bros, i also got 1 prob wif my rxz.... my rxz has no problem when starting, but after a few minutes after starting, when i shift to gear 1 from neutral, my z start to stall by it self. Asked a fren about it, he says i need to throttle alot of times before shifting to gear 1. Is this normal or my rxz got prob already?

 

Hey bro, i also had the same problem last time.. it often occur when i didn warm up my bike properly.. but i managed to overcome it by maintain rev abit then shift to gear 1.. sometimes, just someeetimeesss only, when i did that, my bike will crawl slowly forward but after u moved off alrdy the problem also died off..

 

I also think it some sort of a clutch problem where ur clutch engaged when it wasn supposed to.. but somehow it been few months now that i didn encounter this problem eventhough i didnt do anything to my clutch..i just did regular maintenance of changing EO and sorts only..

anyone can recommend me which shop that do wiring?currently my iginition wiring has snap..so i can just start my bike without the ignition..which is no need key also can start..somebody can help me pls???

When your clutch got problem does it effect your top speed also?My clutch plate need to be change also,Now go 130 also engine roar like mad.

How to test top speed bro when bike always stall after engage gear 1.That time had to call tow truck to bring bike to workshop.hahaha

Just change clutch plate @ Taman Indah,Kempas Baru Champion Motor.Clutch plate RM60,Faito clutch spring RM15,Engine Oil Castrol Activ RM18.Carbinised the tak guna catalyzer pipe plus new jaring silencer and fiber all RM60.Pick up to mid range terangkat habis tapi top speed still 140kmh.Maybe have to change from 16/42 to 16/40?

could be one of the problems. could be your sprocket combination, could be your main and pilot jets etc. btw are u in RP?
