Bro just some opinion,You change sprocket size 38 doesnt mean automatically your bike smooth oon high speed.You need to know your bike engine,Boleh angkat tak sprocket kecik.Lagi satu RXZ common wear n tear if you like to rempit always,Piston ring,Con-rod,2T pump kecik tak?Abih lu whack 130 takkan 2T kecik bro at least mau setting dekat setengah thread.2T jgn lokek pakai fully synthetic low smoke,Engine oil semi dah okay.Apa2 brg mcm sprocket,Pipe,Jetting semua nak kena tune angin balik.Skrg gua pakai 15/42 100kmh rpm 6.5,Pinjam member nyer Faito 415 15/39 100kmh rpm baru nak cecah 6 tapi lu pikir balik kat Singapore ni memadai ke pakai sprocket size 38 kebawah?Lu rembat 130kmh kat highway pas tu pikiran ade speed trap tak saman ke.Pada gua combination 16/39 atau 15/40 dah cukup makan kat SG ni unless lu ulang alik JB.tERUS TERANG gua ckp kedai kat lor bapuk tu tak semua pandai setting angin.Lu try carik bdk kampung yang ade kenalan mechanic bwh pokok.Diorang nyer setting ade baik sikit.Lagi satu faktor rantai,Kalau size besar pun tak bagus sebab enjin kecik rantai besar mana ade ummph?Pakai size 415 dah ok color lu punya suka nak gold ke,biru ke.Gua ade satu kwn pakai racing boy 8 batang 18 inci depan 80/80 dunlop TT900 blakang 90/90 tapi lari mcm pelesit gak.

terus terang gua pon taknak bawak 130 ke atas, bukan takut kene tangkap speed trap, takut nyawa yang hilang.

 

ckp pasal mechanic ni, aku takle naik jb la. jadi kene memandai cari di sini je.

 

sprocket, mmg nak tuka 15/39, tapi kedai takde 15/39, aku tuka la 16/38. haha.

Take it a step at a time bro, jgn stress. But wat I can see frm ur specs, ur big tyre and ur small rear sprocket doesn't gum well. Diff RXZ, diff performance, u can't expect them to be all the same. Since u serviced ur carb alrdy, check the sound and vibs of ur bike, u don't noe wat might be going on in there. By tis, I meant ur block, piston, piston rings; any calar, wear and tear on these thing might lead to poor combustion = power gone. If tats all fine and well, u might wanna hav a last look at ur pipe before going for the all expensive overhauling... Hope tis helps...

 

 

my tyre changing soon pasal da botak pon. thought of putting on small tyres back. vibs tu tak teruk, sound dia ade sikit teruk..

 

anyway a friend will help me look into my block next week.

something to add on here. sorri ehk ride@drive pinjam post kau. kalau nak pakai 38r 15f or 16f u nid to rev more throttle when you move off and when u change gear ur rpm drops alot. so this is not advisable from me. memang sedap lar when you go at your top speed because ur bike dont get stress up so much but it comes to the same when you want to move off your bike from stationery position.

dekat susur (lorong bapok) tu bukan nye tkde kedai bagus2. tapi kalau kau willing to invest in your bike i can recommend you double h motor. mahal tapi quality bagus. setting pon setting kampong jugk. orang lama use to known him as dyn pokok.

rantai besar bukan faktor. aku sendiri pakai 428 ek chain. murah2 from agent satu set $35 ngan spocket diy. dulu pakai rk-m 415 gold chain 120RM sampai putus. effect dia sama jugk. lagipon 415 chain senang longgar.

2t pon tak payah nak pakai mahal2. aku pakai ni skrg 2t $9.20.

sport rim 18 inch mito x 7 batang tyre tt900 80/80. motor bole lari lebih pade 170km/h

1. air filter & where to buy & how much?

2. sproket & chain ah boy i also know but what sizes for sprocket & chain

(travel 70% highways, long distance use)

3. clutch & throttle cable (ah boy or KS?) cost?

4. battery MF maintainence free type (how many money?)

5. handlebar whole piece type (not the clip ons) think its 7/8 bar

6. tyres (dunlop or battalx?) occassional corners is a must, think its 18" rims 80/80??

kk...can...service include wash n check of carb n block...change of spark plug n if im not wrong change of eo aswell(didnt notice hym doin it though)...for my case, piston n piston ring still ok so no nid 2 change...if u nid to change, price will be diff...rebore will be lyk wad alep20 mention $125...

yup...AGREED! im using 38r 15f n suffer the same thing...but cruising btween 100-120km/h is effortless...but top increase by 20km/h...

Anyone using racing boy 17 inch sport rims here?What combination of sprockets did you use?Thought of changing for trial purpose but for a 1.78m tall guy does it look klakar?Got one Indian fella(JB) use the 8 spoke 17x1.60 front and 1.85 rear with 90/80 front and 90/80 rear battlax tyre look cun siot.Sprocket he use 16/36.He say cannot use bigger than 39 or else your enjin meraung during 110kmh.Any advice?

2. 15f 38r or 16f 41r, best bet for 18" rims. (price wise, nvr change in Spore before. sorry...)

3. $4 for clutch cable and $8 for FAST throttle cable (kedai apek topless, don't noe the name of the shop, only noe how to go there...)

4. $45 (forget brand name but it's a Japanese name but made in China. Shop at BHL)

5. OOOO!!! U talking abt the old "bullhorn" type handlebar. Wasted I go and throw. Maybe u can ask from Auto Machinery...

6. Ya, u must be talking abt Dunlop TT900.

Quite ex tat brand. I use Castrol 2t, $4 per bottle @ LAB. If feeling a lil bit rich, I use ELF 2t, $7 per bottle @ BHL...

Send to shop to decarbonised or you do it yourself?? After decarbonised with proper setting your ride should be smoother.

80/80 consider semi sotong. Very cun already with RXZ. Unless you use 80/90 for me look KORDI. Hehehe....

Bros, Need u guy's advice ar. i had recently 'down' my fork, should i add oil for the fork or no need? Brape agak2 buat kat kedai?
