Guys, I know rxz is hot cake and wanted in Malaysia . Is it safe to go for just a few hours? Cause no offence now Ramadan month many police want $$ to celebrate and will try to find fault and all . So just wanna know you guys oppinion thanks .

In my opinion, u should go with a malay community..or a experience sg malay rider who always go JB. MALAY SG talk with MALAY malaysia= SETTLE..

No la no rempit one . Syam's bike just finished run in . So he going there to do servicing . So wantongkol and me just wanna tag along with him . If anymore wanna come would be better la cause bigger group = safer . Currently 3 ppl . Can SMS me 90238705(jap) thanks x

For those who wanna use SP or TS carb,Make sure the oil and air setting is good or else cekik minyak moto tak pegi..Another thing Malaysian Zeckers dun really care about our bike as long there are no flashy accessories like Showa shocks,Ori Excel rims especially the size of 1.60x18/1.85x18 and lastly SP/TS carb and not forgetting ori Daytona damper.Now the trend for bike like LC135(Spark),Wave 125,Y125Z,TXR150,RXZ to use SP carb so becareful..

 

BTW just change Motul Transoil gear oil 10W-40,Japan NGK plug and clean carb.Next mth gonna change Rotax reedvalve and probably service the block too

tot of changing folk n suspension by myself...

 

Easy one! All u hav to do :

 

For fork tubing...

 

1) using size 10" spanner, take off ur head cowling nut from head bracket

2) remove head cowling

3) using size 6mm allen key, loosen bolts of ur handle crown and handlebar(4 bolts in total. For those using old "bullhorn-type handlebar", just loosen the 2 handle crown bolts only.)

4) using size 14" spanner, loosen the steerer under bracket complete's bolts

5) remove front wheel - http://singaporebikes.com/forums/showpost.php?p=6634091&postcount=22037

6) using size 10" spanner(or size 5mm allen key), remove 4 bolts of ur front mudguard fender

7) remove front mudguard fender

8) using size 12" spanner(or 13" or 8mm allen key), remove brake caliper

9) take off fork tubing complete(oil, twist and turn if u hav to...)

 

Putting it back is a matter of repeating back the steps from the bottom...

 

For front fork internals :

 

1) (with the fork tubing already taken out)take off fork cap

2) using size 14mm allen key, remove cap bolt off.

3) pour out fork oil, gasket, spacer, washer and spring

4) using size 8mm allen key, remove fork bottom bolt

5) take off fork inner tube, dust seal, snap ring and oil seal(pry open these 3 if u hav to...)

 

Replenish and repeat steps from the bottom....

 

For rear suspension/gantung :

 

1) remove side cover(original key, 4mm allen key or 8/10" spanner)

2) using size 14" spanner, remove flange nut and washer off the body frame

3) using size 17" spanner(or 8mm allen key), remove bolt off swingarm.

4) remove suspension/gantung

 

Replace and repeat back step...

(Any steps I missed out, do correct me ait... Thanx!)

Okay posting behalf of my friend's shop.AIS Motor in Eunos Ave 3 blk 1043 #01-142,Shop name is Mitra Auto.There are 5 leaser in this shop.The front is share between 2 leasers,Centre is Airbrush/Spray and back is another 2 leaser mostly specialised in scooters.The front part if you see a Chinese man and a Malay guy in his 30s wearing spec its my friend.Chinese man Ah Huat is specialit in tuning and repairing.Used to work for First motor etc and also used to be racer mechanic too.Price is quite reasonable as 90% using ori ones.For night emergency cases from 2100-0100 can look for another malay brother with long hair by the name of syed.But some says he carrot a lot.

so far i parked in cs, about 3 hrs like that, ok ah. cos my bike outlook confirm not wanted. thats what my jb friend told me, so i confident to leave it. haha.

good type can last longer

but how long more, or no need to keep adjusting chain??

BTW just change Motul Transoil gear oil 10W-40,Japan NGK plug and clean carb.Next mth gonna change Rotax reedvalve and probably service the block too

 

where you get the motul transoil? and talking about dampers, how much is it in jb? mine kene stolen sia. last time got free, so dono how much.

anyway regarding the suspenders, the rubber things at the hole there (where we insert the bolt) can buy or come with the suspenders itself?

For night emergency cases from 2100-0100 can look for another malay brother with long hair by the name of syed.But some says he carrot a lot.

went there once for night emergency, clutch cable, i was quoted normal price.

Izammo where else i get?Ah Huat of AIS Motorlah.From my point of view Transoil with 10W-50 is much better for air cooled engine.More protection for engine part.

Oops! Sori... Never meant anythin thgh. For the sush, it shld come wif it. If it dsnt, just swap over frm the old sush to the new one!
